Percy sat at a bench as he registered what the Fates had just told him, he could not go to America, not until his birthday in 2009.

They had given him a minute to register that before handing him a coin.

"Tell us Perseus, what is on that coin?"

"It is a 2 dolla-, I mean pound, 2 pound coin."

"Correct,", the middle one said. "Tell me Perseus, what is on that coin?"

Percy looked more closely this time and noticed that the coin featured a woman with a Greek style helmet with long, wavy hair and a trident over her shoulder. Percy was a bit taken aback. "She looks Greek."

The Fates nodded, "That is Britannia, the representative of Britain in the ancient world. Most believe it was just something created by the Roman's to distinguish the country, but in reality, Britannia was very real. Britannia was just an ordinary sea nymph, she was one of Poseidon's many children. She, however, was unlike her siblings. She was not content with simply remaining in Atlantis, she wanted to explore the world. And that is what she did, and eventually came upon this country, Britain. She fell in love with it."

"Her father, your father, ordered her to return, but she refused, telling him that she wished to be this land's protector. She wanted this land to be her kingdom. Poseidon loved the little nymph, much like he loved you, and he was more than happy to let Britannia have this land as her own, since nobody else had claimed it yet."

"However, at the time, Britain was in turmoil, so much war and bloodshed occurred on these grounds. Poseidon knew Britannia could never rule on such a broken kingdom, so he sought to bring peace to the land. And to do that, he needed a weapon, a son, a demigod. He bedded a woman named Igraine Pendragon, who gave birth to their son, Arthur Pendragon."

Percy blinked, taking it all in. His sad eyes were now wide with curiosity, "I'm King Arthur's brother!? Wait, does that mean Excalibur is also real?! Just wait till I tell Annabeth, she'll be so excite-."

Annabeth's memory brought tears to Percy's eyes once again as he remembered his past life, Annabeth's kiss at St. Helens, how she looked at him as she told Luke she didn't love him. The possibilities of what could have been filled him.

The Fates ignored his emotions and nodded, "It is Perseus, but it is has been lost to time. Nobody knows where it lies."

"Oh. I see... If King Arthur was alive, does that mean Merlin was too?", Annabeth had taught him all about King Arthur and his stories, she was interested in them- Morgana's turmoil and Merlin's magic had piqued Annabeth's curiosity and she had read all about them and then told the stories to Percy.

"Yes, Merlin was real, he was a powerful wizard and knew very well exactly what was going on. He knew about Britannia and Arthur's true heritage. He knew all of this and swore to keep it a secret."

"I don't even know what to say, okay? Why are you telling me all this? How is this supposed to ease my 15 years in England? How is this supposed to make me forget my life? My friends? My family?"

"You see Perseus, Merlin wasn't the only wizard, he was simply one of the most powerful ones."

"So you mean magic is real? Wizards are real?"

"A son of a god is asking 3 woman who weave people's lives if wizards are real?"

Percy remained silent at this comment, remembering Poseidon and imagining how he would've reacted after knowing Percy defeated Kronos. H e would undoubtedly be proud of him, he thought of Poseidon telling him that he was the best hero Oympus had ever seen, even greater than Hercules and Zeus getting angry because of it. In spite of everything, he smiled.
