Y/N's POV

Time flies by with Lizzie because we're already in the month of February and it's her birthday today. I have such a fun day planned for her and I'm excited. She's currently fast asleep in our bedroom while I'm over in the kitchen putting her breakfast on the tray, along with a small birthday cake and a big sunflower.

I tip-toed as quietly as I could inside the bedroom, hoping that she's still asleep and my footsteps aren't going to wake her up. Fortunately, Lizzie is a deep sleeper so by the time I was able to put the breakfast tray beside her nightstand, I lit the candle and held the cake as carefully as I could.

"Happy Birthday to you..." I start to sing the song softly as she stirs into consciousness. "Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday, my dear Lizzie. Happy Birthday to you."

Lizzie situated herself in a seated position with a tired smile on her face, "Aww, this is sweet."

"Make a wish, baby."

"Okay." Lizzie closed her eyes shut, taking a second to herself to make a wish before blowing the candle.

"Woohoo! Happy Birthday, my love." I caressed her face longingly. "We have a pretty fun and sort of busy day today so I hope you're ready for it."

"I'm excited."

"Good, anyway, to get your day started, I have prepared you a pretty basic, but tasty breakfast." I placed the tray in front of her. "Here's your morning coffee. Oh, and a pretty sunflower for a pretty lady like yourself." I picked up her hand, giving the back of her palm a kiss.

"So sappy, but I love it."

"Oh, you think this is sappy?" I grinned as I leaned to my side to grab the ukulele that she got for me. "I'm going to sing you a song while you eat. And not just any song. Our song."

"I'm looking forward to this." Lizzie cheered as she took the first sip of her coffee.

I beamed her a smile before strumming the first chord and letting my heart sweep me off my feet.

"All I knew
This morning when I woke
Is I know something now
Know something now I didn't before
And all I've seen
Since eighteen hours ago
Is green eyes and freckles and your smile
In the back of my mind making me feel like."

I would be lying to myself if I said I wasn't nervous singing to her because I am, which is a little odd because I have sung to her plenty of times before. This is different somehow.

"Cause all I know is we said, "Hello"
And your eyes look like comin' home
All I know is a simple name
And everything has changed
All I know is you held the door
You'll be mine and I'll be yours
All I know since yesterday
Is everything has changed."

Even after I had finished singing her the song, I could still feel my nerves flaring up. Damn, I'm really nervous.

"Wow, amazing. Like usual." Lizzie ran her hand through my hair, her emerald eyes locked against my own. "There's truly no one else like you, Y/LN."

I blushed, "There's no one else like you, Olsen." I leaned in for a quick kiss that felt a lot like our first kiss. Heated, but passionate at the same time.

"So, what do you have planned for me today?" Lizzie wiggled her eyebrows theatrically.

"I'm not telling you." I scoffed, taking the tray away. "Get ready because the first activity will commence in a couple of hours."
