19| Pull The Trigger

It has been 3 whole days ever since he talked with Jeongguk and that is surprising because they literally live in the same place. Even if you live with a stranger you somehow manage to make a small conversation but it's silent here. 

It's not like Taehyung is avoiding Jeongguk because he called him his ex's name,that's definitely not it. Neither is Jeongguk who has been avoiding it for whatever reason he has. They just have been too busy in their own lifes that are like polar opposites of each other.

Laying down in his bed,after a very busy day. These missions really suck out all of the energy he has. He can't even complain these days are crucial. They need to finish off Sungjae and close that chapter for good. He also misses his best friend so it would be nice to have him back because it is already pretty awkward in the apartment considering what happened. 

His train of thought was cut off rudely by someone opening up his door. Ofcourse it is Jeongguk,it's not like anyone else is in this place except these two,if there is that is creepy and unfortunate. 

Taehyung immediately sat up,looking up at Jeongguk who walked towards him. Taehyung raised his eyebrow at the younger one in confusion. Why is he here?

"Hyung...Can I ask you something?" Jeongguk asked him,Taehyung blinked for a second and then just nodded. 

"Sure..what is it?"

"Did you do something to Siwoo? I mean,he was pretty bruised up when I saw him in university today…" Jeongguk told him, 

Taehyung cursed himself for not telling Jeongguk about that sooner.

"Maybe…" 

"Hyung,Why would you do that? yeah he's he's bitch but I don't want to be involved with him anymore"

"W-who said I did it for you,he underestimated me and had the nerve to belittle me and I don't like it when someone doesn't put respect to my name . I have a reputation to hold you know" Taehyung answered,half lying because yeah that was //one// of the reasons but not the main reason.

"Yeah,like I would believe that. I might be stupid but I know you….that's kind off cool though. thank you,he deserved that honestly I don't know why am I even here...I should go '' Jeongguk immediately turned around,ready to leave the room.

"Wait Jeongguk...I wanted to talk to you about something too" Taehyung stopped him without even realising he did that. It's like his body reacted on its own.

Jeongguk stopped on his tracks and turned back around facing Taehyung. He raised his eyebrow at him. Taehyung signalled him to sit next to him in the bed. The younger one walked towards the bed and sat down. It has been awhile since he was this close to Taehyung...on a bed.

"So..? you were saying?"

"Oh yeah,um we need to talk about what happened in the hospital" Taehyung said,he saw how Jeongguk's face fell. "I would have addressed that sooner but honestly I didn't remember anything except me waking up next to you,Jimin told me what happened" 

"Oh...and?"

"Hm? yeah um I'm sorry for that,I really was drugged up I guess by whatever the doctors put inside me. I hope I didn't upset you-"

"Let's just don't talk about that. You don't have to apologise for something that you weren't even aware you did. Unless you want to tell me who this...Seungho guy is then we are talking" Jeongguk cut him off,being pretty straightforward.

Taehyung stopped for a second. He doesn't know if he is ready to talk about that and Jeongguk notices it. He saw how hesitant Taehyung was looking. That's something he developed while living with Taehyung. He is too easy to read.
