Chapter 10

Lisbon pov...
We were back at mine and Janes new home. Patrick had just saved my life with the help of Cho, Abbott, Rigsby and Van Pelt.

Crap they were all coming over the will be here any minute.
Patrick told me "don't worry they know we are engaged I told them while freaking out to find you, we might just get a few questions". Once he stopped talking we heard the car arrive, they were all here.

With Patricks help we made everyone a drink, we gave them and and after I sat down and took a sip of my coffee Grace was the first to speak. She said "how are you guys engaged, I didn't know that you were even together." Cho just said "same".

Patrick told them his memory of the night we got together and how our relationship got really strong just we didn't want to tell anyone so we could still work together. I then told them about the day he proposed to me.

Grace said "that's so cute". There was a pause before anyone spoke next it was Abbott he said that "he will plan and pay for the wedding, it will be soon as we have been waiting long enough already".

Wayne finally said something he asked "why did you guys not tell us about the engagement we would find out really fast anyway".
Thankfully Patrick answered for me by explaining how we were telling the direct family first and how the meal we had planned for them was to tell them.
They nodded and said congrats and we just sat around talking about anything.

I haven't done one of these before. thank you to everyone who reads this, I know my story isn't that great but it's fun to write. Sorry if it takes me a while to uptake I have a lot going on plus I have lots of school work so I don't have time to write much.
