Jane pov...
It's been a year of working since we had the twins. Teresa and I have decided to quit. We knew we couldn't do this job for the rest of our lives so we are making a change.

Starting tomorrow we will be traveling the world with our twin son and daughter and our new baby that is on the way. Yes she is pregnant again and we couldn't be happier. We can now do whatever we want as a family for the rest of our lives.

Lisbon pov...

We drop Simon and Charlotte off at daycare for their final day.
Patrick and I go into work and I sit at my desk and he sits on the couch behind me.

Abbott comes out and gives us a case.
Fisher, Van Pelt, Rigsby and Cho head to the scene. Patrick and I go to leave but Abbott calls us in his office.

We sit down and he says to us "neither of you have renewed your job contracts, at the moment you both don't have a job tomorrow"
I bite my lip and Patrick says "we know, we were planning on telling you but it lost our minds"
Abbott says "wait you are quitting"
I nod and say "we need a change, we decided that together with our three children we are going to travel the world"
Abbott looks at us confused and then says "are you having another child"
Patrick nods and I say "yes I'm pregnant"
Abbott then says "well congratulations and I guess good luck for your future. You two will work right until finishing time today, before you leave make sure to come and say goodbye"
We nod and walk out to head to the scene.

When we get there Van Pelt asks "is everything alright?"
Patrick says "of course it is Grace why wouldn't it be?"
She miles and says "you both got called into Abbott's office before we left"
I say "we were planning on telling everyone later on"
Grace asks "telling everyone what?"
We back away so that the others can't hear us before I tell her "I'm pregnant"
Grace then says "congratulations but why so secretive"
I say "well that's not all, Patrick and I are quitting. It's our last day"
Grace then says "what!!!"
Patrick says "yeah, we were thinking about it for a while but decided last night that we are finally going to quit and travel the world"

By the time we had left the crime scene Grace had told everyone there. We didn't want to make a big deal of it but after working together for so long everyone else did.

We finish the day and say goodbye to everyone and promise to try and stay in touch. I promised to make sure to send photos of the children and we might stop by every now and then.

We leave and pick up the twins saying bye to everyone that we had made friends with there.

The next morning...

We have all the stuff we want in the vehicle and get the twins.
Patrick starts up the vehicle, he looks over and me and says "you ready?"
I smile and say "of course, let's see where our new life leads us.
