It was definitely a sleepless night for Y/n, the raging thoughts of why Nile's hair piece was at the scene where Excalibur was found murdered, it made absolutely no sense, when him and Sophie broke up they were on good terms, they ended things mutually. There is no way that Niles hair pin... there's no way that he had absolutely anything to do with it...

It was early morning, rolling around 9:00am Y/n decided she would get up. She groaned as she slid the covers off of her, she looked over at Hart, he was laying on his back with his arms behind his head, his chest rising and falling with every breath that he took. Y/n sighed softly and placed a small kiss on his forehead.

Y/n made her way into the bathroom, slipping out of her pajamas she started the warm water. She washed her hair, and cleansed her body, she was nervous  yet happy to see her best friend, but she was worried that he was going to ask where she had been all this time, why she has just disappeared, was she allowed to talk about Hart?

She groaned and stopped the water, getting out and drying off before getting dressed in some simple yoga pants and a plain striped tshirt. She did her makeup very light and wore no perfume as she normally did, to not alarm Nile. She tied her messy h/c hair into a bun and slipped on her shoes. She made her way downstairs where she saw Jack sitting at a computer with a cup of coffee in his hand. "Good morning Ms Y/n.''

"Good morning Jack, what are you up too?" "Checking Niles whereabouts lately, he said that he was working the past few days like mad, but there's something that you and the boss need to see when he wakes up.'' Y/n nodded, making her way over and grabbing a glass and pouring herself a cup of orange juice. She grabbed a banana and pealed it as Hart made his way down the stairs.

"Good morning sir, I hate to bother you this early but I did some digging on Nile and there is some stuff you guys need to see.'' Y/n and Hart pulled up seats next to Jack looking over his shoulder at the chart that he had pulled up. "I hacked into vibrances schedule and time clock, and Nile has not been there for 4 days, there isn't even a sign that he was ever on the property. So when he says he was at work he is lying. This kid is up to something and I don't like the looks of where it could be going.''

Y/n physically felt her heart in her ass, she was trying so hard to build a case of innocence against Nile, but that was getting Harder and harder, but it was getting harder and harder... Nile has been working like crazy.. there is no way he would lie to her.. right?  Hart looked over at Y/n, he could see that this new information about Nile was eating away at her, she looked as if she didn't want to believe it was happening.

"Y/n, its time to get ready to go see him. Press the button on your necklace when you're done, we will be going shopping afterward.'' Y/n nodded, she was so eager to talk to Nile, but she knew she couldn't talk about the case without bringing suspicion, in case if there was that tiny possibility that he was the one who killed Excalibur.

Hart slid his hand up her shirt, tucking the microphone in the hem of her bra, taking the wire and tying it under her yoga pants. "The driver is waiting to see you out front,be careful, if anything happens we will be listening.'' Y/n nodded and kissed Hart's cheek, making her way out the door closing it behind her. Jack looked in confusion as she left. "That was a fake wire you put on her sir, how will we be able to listen?'' Hart smirked widely, almost looking mentally crazy.

"Don't worry Jack, she has been wearing a listening device for a long time, little does she know it's constantly recording audio." Jack smirked as he closed the laptop, looking at Hart with a wide smirk. "So she has no idea what is going on?'' Hart chuckled lowly "Not even a clue to what she is about to get herself into.''
