Awake

Staring at my ceiling exactly 1:45
My eyes meander, hope to see a little light
Disappointment engulfed my whole system
I see nothing, hallow and unending darknight

Take a deep breath one, two, three
Trying hard to make myself sleepy
As others sleep tight and well
Here I am thinking  things I can't even tell

Read books, listened to my favourites songs
Imagined scenarios, created frivolous poems
Got some fresh air, try to count those stars
Yet, I am still awake after the long hours

No choice but to wait the sun to rise I guess?
Let the sun rays touch my chinky cheeks
Lemme feel the warmth of breeeze it brings
And honestly it's my favourite kind of embrace.

Sky is so blue, one of the most alluring view
Clear as the mirror glass, no one's beauty can  ever pass
Chirping of birds, brings out serenity
That make me feel at ease while remeniscing some felony

My attention drifted rapidly as it reached my sight
Looking at this egrigious flower until I get tired
As I watched it bloom, I can't help but  to draw a smile
It feels surreal, it looks so good as fine

The refulgency of the sun is blinding
A living proof that having "too much" is a bad thing
The shade of every trees, gives a great protection
And while having a hard time? It's also a good companion

Watching the sun as it gives it's last shot
It never fades, still pretty as it was
Soon enough the moon will take over the spotlight
Known as the brightest star that shines at night
