"tae do you know when's chaeng's birthday" jungkook all of a sudden asked
Him and taehyung were out the school campus hanging out talking about things
"no i don't why? " tae replied, was her birthday coming soon? he thought
"nah, just because" jungkook smiled back
'omg who is that guy'
'my my he's so tall'
'do you think he's an idol? He's all covered with a hat, sunglass and hoodie'
Suddenly whispers from all over the places started, catching taehyung's and jungkook's attention, the two of them went to see who that person was
"im sorry do you know class 13-A? " the stranger asked in English
"13-A? isn't that our class tae? " jungkook asked tae who was standing beside him
"yes we do know where it is, may i know what kind of business you have?" taehyung replied to the guy, also in English
"im here to see my girlfriend, Roseanne" hearing the name Roseanne made both of them shocked, was this the guy chaeyoung was texting 25/8 with?
Just then a shoe came flying to the guy's head, he was knocked down to the floor for a second and as he stood up, he was greeted by his 'girlfriend' chaeyoung
"girlfriend my ass, i told you to let me know when you came didn't i" she said while putting back on the shoe she threw
"oh come on is this how you greet your old friend rosie" he smiled as he opened his arms
Chaeyoung went ahead and hugged him, it haven't even been one month since the girl came to korea and jaehyun was acting like it was one decade already
Silently in the corner, there was taehyung and jungkook, jungkook smiled at the sight of chaeyoung smiling right now but then realized taehyung expression that was clearly visibly irritated
"i told you, you should've kept her with you from the start" he nudged
Jungkook went ahead to join the other two people, he introduced himself to jaehyun who seemed to taken a liking in him
Fast forward to recess
"so tell me, is this the guy you've been talking about so happily to me chaeng? he looks somewhat irritated with my presence" jaehyun questioned chaeyoung who was fixing her hair
"ah yes, this is taehyung, taehyung jaehyun, jaehyun taehyung" she introduced
Taehyung looked at the man and nodded as a form of respect, or was it rather a form of action to show he's lazy to take any interest in him
"it seems like he's telling to go away AHAHA, yeah sure, I'll take my leave, see you back home chaeng, I'll buy some food so you don't need to eat your ramyeon for the what? Hundredth time? " he joked
Jaehyun took his sweater and left, he wasn't going to be a student at the school as the only reason he came to korea was for a business trip or so he called vacation in behalf of his father
"he's going to be living with you? " namjoon who came out of nowhere suddenly asked
"yeah, i think I've mentioned this before hwhehe, and plus, the apartment wouldn't be that lonely anymore would it" she smiled
'could've just asked me' tae mumbled underneath his breath
"what was it? " chaeyoung asked
"no, nothing"
Chae nodded at his reply and went on on her conversation with jennie about fashion and style, jennie was always a person who had great interest and talent im fashion and chae was someone who cares about her styles a lot, so, the two make quite a good pair
"ah right, before i forget, the next round will be held after two days, this Wednesday, we don't have that much time to change strategies or whatsoever so make sure everyone attends the practice later this day alright?"
"yeah, suree! "
As chaeyoung saw tae was about to leave the table to go back to class, she went ahead with him, holding his hands like she always do
"wanna go to practice together this afternoon tae? " she asked
But didn't get a reply, taehyung for no good reason ignored her question and casually continued walking
"are you seriously going to keep this up? come on" she nagged with her child like tone when taehyung suddenly pushed her to the side and said that he just do not want to go with her
Leaving chaeyoung standing alone in the crowd, people were suddenly silent, silently judging, and silently sympathizing
"gosh that man, why can't he just REALIZE HOW PRECIOUS OF A PERSON SHE IS, i would've had a huge crush on her if it wasn't for him, the way he treats her gosh, so ugh" Jungkook slamed his head on the table as the other nodded with his statement
It was true though, chae is so loveable but how can tae not see that? Or maybe he did, or maybe he's just too blind
Fast forward to the practice, it was awkward, especial after the scene at the cafeteria
Even j-hope failed to bring up the mood
They practiced together as usual, but this time they didn't hear all the stories from Australia by chaeyoung, she was blaming herself, she thought maybe it was her fault but she didn't want to be the sad little girl in front of others, and she especially doesn't want it if taehyung starts to he distant with her
As the practice ended, she looked for taehyung, in plan to apologize for whatever the fuck she did wrong
"hey tae.. " she called
Taehyung turned and saw her face, he wanted to walk away but something kept him to stop
"what? " he asked, controlling his voice so it wouldn't sound as mean as he thought he already was at the girl
"i just wanted to apologize, for this morning, i know i shouldn't have clung on you so often, im sorry and i-"
"no, im the one who's supposed to be sorry, sorry chae.. it was my fault " it was a non imaginable situation, who would've thought he would apologize, he was a man with extreme ego and pride himself
And to apologize after such thing at a girl, was bit of a character development for him, he knows he did wrong and he apologized
Just like what a decent guy would do
