Casey just quietly watched as the boy he had a major crush on conversed with a certain white haired jade princess. His heart ached seeing the way Lloyd stared at her, stars in his eyes, it sucked. If Casey could get rid of his feelings for the green ninja.. well.. he wouldn't, one could only assume that it was because how would he function without those feelings? He's had them for so long that he doesn't remember what life was like before them.

"You're so obvious it's painful, Cass" Elliott nudged him, drink in hand. Casey flinched, snapping back to reality. "wha-"

"You. Lloyd. It's obvious, and you complained about me being obviously into Cole for all them years." Elliott sighed, looking over to the two Casey had been, and still is, staring at.  "I heard my name!" Cole practically yelled from only a few meters away. "Better not be talking smack behind my back, El!" they joked, smiling at the smaller oni-hybrid before going back to their conversation with Kai.

Casey could only swap his gaze from the blonde to the wooden floor of the bounty's deck, hanging his head in shame. "Never said it was a bad thing that you like him, Cass." Elliott said taking a sip of her drink, before continuing, "If I'm being honest, I think you two would be cute as hell together." Casey looked over to his shorter sibling, "Really?" a small smile grew on his face. "Obviously! You were so desperate to get him back when he was possessed by a certain ghost, and you keep trying to swoop in and save him whenever he gets hurt, you're cute together already, you just have to tell him." Ell took another sip, "You can't wait around for him to ask you, though, I got lucky in the fact Cole asked me first, but Lloyd's oblivious, you're gonna have to tell him straight- well as straight as you can- out." 

"But, he's got Harumi."

"Forgot about that, but, on the bright side, no one falls in love in a few days!" Elliott patted her brothers back, a toothy grin appearing on their face. "Tell him. Tell him. Tell him!!!" "Shhh!! Don't be so loud, he's got hearing like us remember!" Cass slapped a hand over his siblings mouth before they could continue teasing him.

"Besides, as far as I'm aware.. he's never looked at me like that."

"Doubt that."

"I'm serious, Ell, sure we were close when we were 13 but after spending that year or so away from the team? not anymore." Casey sighed.

"I guess, part of me wishes I hadn't tried to cut you guys off.."

"Past is the past, Cass. No one cares, besides, I think he still cares about you the same."

"We were just friends as kids, Ell."

"mmhm like I believe that." Elliott shook her head, giving a playful smirk to their brother. "And, I specifically remember you waking me up at three am one night because you couldn't get him out of your head, and you  mentioned you kissed him."

"I don't remember telling you that-"

"So you admit it!" Elliott pointed an accusatory finger at her brother.

"NO!?!?" Casey panicked, flailing his hands about in front of his now red face.

"It was three am, you were knackered, 'course you were going to spill things. Though I've always assumed you were joking about that until now."

"I've never kissed him!" Casey avoided eye contact with his sister, but only ended up staring at Lloyd again, which just made his face redder.

"Well for one, you're lying and two, Tell. Him." Elliott, stopped smiling, completely serious.

"He loves her, not me."

"Cass-"

"No, Ell, If I wanted to be with him I should've taken my chance ages ago, he's moved on."

"Casey-"

"Elliott, please, just.. drop it."

"Okay.." Elliott sighed before moving to join Kai and Cole's conversation.

Casey inhaled, only staring at the now smiling, laughing Lloyd, obviously having been told a joke or something by the Jade Princess stood in front of him.  Casey sighed, "Maybe I just wish I was her." he mumbled under his breath before finally going inside.

"I just.. wish I was Harumi."
