The dark side

HE KNOWS

August sat on the chair strapped down facing the five toughest villains in Storybrook. His face showed how frightened he really was.
"We can do this the easy way or our way...your choice." Rumplestiltskin was super intimidating but August wouldn't budge. He looked around the room analysing the different faces. One stood out.
" Regina? I thought you were trying to change for Henry." August looked at her in disgust. Regina kept her secret and played along his stare almost killing her.
"I was but change is overrated now, where's the author?"
"I don't know what you're talking about." Rumple moved in closer.
"You sure about that? I once skinned a man for stealing from me."
"You let him go."
" I won't make the same mistake twice. You four are free to go for now I'll handle our little friend."
Regina went straight to the Charmings.
" Rumple's back and he has his dagger."
" How is that possible?" Emma asked.
" I don't know but there's something else. He brought back August."
" That's why they wanted Pinocchio!"
" Yep!"
"We have to save him!" David commanded.
"Then they'll know I told you. That would blow my cover! I've worked too hard to just give up."
"Are we supposed to just leave him there?" Emma looked at her parents.
"August has been through a lot he can handle a couple of villains. He's tough."
"Emma, what if he doesn't make it?"
"He will."
"First things first we need to find Belle. She had the dagger so she has to know what happened to it."
Back in the cabin Rumple used something that killed August to torture him. A tazer!
"Why did you rip this page out of the book?"
" I don't remember." The tazer shot bolts of electricity flowing through him.
"You sure about that?"
" You can see the future figure it out." He twitched from the electricity.
"Maybe if something were to happen to your dear old dad you'll have a change of heart."
" Leave my papa alone!"
" Then tell me why!"
"Fine I met the author and he told me about Emma. How she is destined to walk on the dark side. He told me to get rid of all evidence he existed so the string of events leading to Emma going dark."
"Where can I find the author?"
"Behind the door on the page but I don't know anything where that door is. I swear that's all I know. Can you turn me back into boy so I can live alongside my father again?"
"Sure dearie. I have all I need."
