12. Pro hero's

——POV DENKI——

I had to work for another hour because I was late. Not that I mind. The more hours I work, the more money I can save. I didn't bother to go back home. I just changed back into the uniform I was wearing the night before. I borrowed someone's deodorant and a foundation from one of the girls. I had to refresh the make up on the bruises on my face. I told them it was for the dark circles under my eyes. Luckily they bought it. I did check up on my brothers on the way. Zuko kept asking why I don't stay with them. But I can't bother him more than I already am. It's just for this month. After this I'll take the kids away again. I can't leave them with Zuko forever.

I shook the thought away and focused on going to school. I was almost to late. Class starts at 8.30. I still have 10 minutes to get there. Luckily I could already see the big building in front of me. I some how made it 1 minute before the bell rang. I opened the door and saw I was the last one to enter except for Aizawa.

"Denki! You're finally here. Where were you? Mina jelled across the room, that earned her an angry piece of advise form Iida.

I chuckled and made my way to them.

"Goodmorning guys." I said smiling. Hoping. Begging. That the quickly done make up wouldn't give anything away.

Jirou, "goodmorning!"

Kiri, "Denks!"

Tokoyama, "Hey."

"Heyo! How come you fell asleep last night man?" Sero said jokingly. Although I could see he was kinda disappointed.

He's mad at you. Can't even keep his liquor. Useless

"I'm sorry." I said sheepishly. "Guess I drank a bit to much.

"Tss." Bakugou scoffed as usually.

"Haha. Goodmorning to you to bakugou." I said and sat down. I heard him mumble about something but couldn't really get it.

He looks even more pissed of than normal. Did something happen with Midoria?

"O right! Sero." I said. And turned around towards the dark haired boy. I pulled a black little box out of my pocket and gave it to him.

"What's that?" Kirishima asked.

"Sero's birthday present. I forgot to give it to you yesterday. I hope you like it." I said smiling.

"O wow. Thank you Denki. You didn't have to."

"Hehe. I wanted to."

"Ooooo. Presents!" Mina jelled. She stood up and came to stand behind me. "Open it! Open it!" She said as she put her hands on my shoulders and was jumping. I let out a little groan.

Fuck. It hurts. She's pressing to hard.

Luckily no one noticed it. I don't wanna ruin the fun.

"I hope you like it. It is nothing much." I said.

He is going to hate it.

You already know it's trash.

He's your friend and you can't even get him something good.

"O wow!" Sero took the silver necklace out of the box. "O my god. YOU DIDNT!" He jelled.

I let out a sight. At least he didn't hate it.

"Huh what is that?" Mina asked.

"Wait! Isn't that the necklace you broke Sero?" Kirishima said.
