Chapter 6 (The night is Dangerous)

As I walk down the dark hallway to the dorm. I couldn't help but be hurt, he still promised but didn't keep it. What is the point of a promise, if it is gonna be broken? It's hard to trust people, especially if you're the only one who likes it.

I noticed in a hallway that someone was there, so I slowly walked towards it. At first I was hesitant but now I want to see what is going on there.

I couldn't see the man in the hallway because it was dark, but I knew they were two. Are they two fighting? I looked to see if there was anyone else but there was none.

I saw a boy punch the another boy, but that boy did not budge. He was just sitting on the floor, and I didn't know what he was doing because it was so dark.

I was about to leave but someone pulled my arm, I almost screamed but he immediately covered my mouth. Who is this again!?

“Don't be loud, Sun. It's me” He whispered and I breathed a sigh of relief when I recognized his voice. Jay hyung “What are you doing here, hyung?” I whispered, scared of being heard by the two boys.

“What are you doing here? Do you know you can be caught, and taken to the dean's office? You're not being careful, I'll take you to your dorm” He said seriously and held my hand, but I didn't let him pull me away.

“Did I think you were asleep? How did you know I was here?” I saw him shake and forcefully pulled me away. “Dangerous, Sun. Don't be naughty” He said quite loudly and I noticed in the tone of his voice that he was angry.

I didn't do anything when he pulled me away, but before we could get away I first looked at the two men who had been fighting earlier. I was surprised to see no one there.

We quickly got to the dorm, the dorm was quiet because they were already asleep. Now I saw the whole, of Jay hyung, he was only wearing a shirt and no jacket, he also had no shoes. I wondered why he looked like that. “Why are you dressed like that?”

I asked in surprise but he only answered me with an angry face. “Do you know what can happen to you? It's late and you're still out, you could be damned!” He shouted right in my face. I got so scared, this is my first time I saw Jay hyung get angry like this.

“What's going on here? Why is someone shouting?”

“If you don't want to sleep, you idiots! Let us sleep!”

I saw Jake hyung and Jungwon come out of the room, Jake hyung even bumped into the wall due to drowsiness, I would have liked to laugh but this is not the right time to have fun.

“It's late, why are you making noise?---” Jungwon stopped speaking when he saw Jay hyung. “What does that look like? Why are you like that?” He asked annoyed and turned to me. “And you? Did you get out of the dorm? So? You didn't get caught?” He asked me sarcastically.

“Nothing, Sunoo just rested outside, I followed him. That's all” Jay hyung said laughing. Jake hyung raised an eyebrow. “Are you sure? Why, you're barefoot?” He asked

“I'm trying to be a beggar”

He said and entered the room, he even looked at me with a meaningful look before closing the door. Jake hyung came up to me and patted my shoulder. “What really happened, Sun? I heard everything you talked about” He whispered in my ear. I looked at Jungwon's seat earlier where he was standing but he was no longer there.

“Don't worry, Won is already in the room.” I just shook my head and smiled at him. “Nothing really happened, I just rested outside”

“Rested outside? Why? Can't you rest in the dorm? And still really outside at this time? Do you know it's dangerous to go out at this time?”

“Dangerous? I just know it's dangerous to be caught by the one who's watching the students in night and taken to the dean's office. What else is dangerous?” Jake hyung just shook his head and didn't seem to know what to answer. “Go to sleep” That's all he said before he turned away.

What danger? Why do they act like that?

I was about to enter the bedroom when there was a knock on the dorm. I was still hesitant when I first opened it, but eventually I opened it. I felt annoyed and at the same time, I felt scared.

When I opened the door, I saw no one, only wind the one who greet me. I was about to close the door when I saw a box on the floor. I quickly picked it up and closed the door, I slowly walked towards the kitchen and opened the box.

I let go of its lid, when I saw the flesh. A knife full of blood and a picture of ME stained with blood. I was sick of what I saw, and I was even more frightened to see that the blood had not dried. It mean, it's still fresh.

“What's that?” I looked at the speaker and saw Jay hyung's angry look.

“The night is dangerous”
