"I'll dump this truck. You are going to take this."
Marcos pulled a tarp off a van, it had three seats in the front, it looked brand new. It was black with tinted windows. Marcos opened the sliding door and there was a bed and food.
Vinnie walked around the van, "Who's it registered to?"
Marcos got a duffel bag out of his trailer, "Alejandro Lopez."
I started to get the things from the old truck. Marcos dumped the duffel bad on a picnic table in front of his trailer. "Alright. This is everything you need. Birth certificates, IDs, passports. You can basically do anything with these. Go anywhere. The only thing you'll have to worry about is getting caught. But you probably won't. Aint no one will think of two teens fleeing to Mexico."
I reached for my new id, Marcos slapped my hand, "Payment first princess."
I scrunched my nose and mocked him. Marcos grabbed my neck with his giant hand, pulled a gun and shoved it next to my temple. Is it bad to say this almost made me horny. "Bratty girl huh? I could fix that up." He lowered the gun and loosened his grip.
Vinnie was busy grabbing the cash out of the car to even notice Marcos was centimeters away from my lips. He stared at me, "Maybe my little Vinnie over there might share."
I blushed and tried to look like I enjoyed him cutting of my oxygen supply. He let go. Vinnie returned to the table with the money. He glanced back and forth from me with rosy cheeks and Marcos fixing his pants from putting his gun back in his waistband.
I couldn't imagine how bad it looked.
Vinnie threw the cash, "Hundred K, it's all there."
Marcos tsked, "I said hundred fifty K, Vincenzo. I'll drop the price if you let me have fun with your little mama over here."
Vinnie looked disgusted by the idea, "I'll get the rest."
After we paid Marcos out, he gave my ass a light tap before I got into the van. It made me incredibly flustered but put Vinnie in an obvious mood.

I reached over and turned down the radio. "Do you want me to drive?"
He turned the radio back up and shook his head.
I turned it back down, "What's your problem?"
He shrugged, "Don't have one."
"Really?"
He didn't respond.
"Vin, really?"
"What Aurora? I don't like how you just let Marcos rub up on you."
I blinked rapidly, "He had a gun."
Vinnie lifted up his shirt showing the gun from his waistband, "So do I. I woulda killed him if you asked."
I laughed.
He deadpanned me, "I'm not joking. It doesn't matter, it looked like you liked it."
I blinked rapidly again, "He had a gun."
Vinnie shrugged, "Shit I'm sorry, I just don't like that shit. You're mine." His voice trailed off, "Well like that's what the IDs say, so. Gotta play the roll."
I rolled my eyes.
Vinnie pulled over.
I looked over at him, "What are you doing Vincenzo?"
He stretched, "Roll your eyes again."
I almost laughed hysterically, who does he think he is. "What?"
He leaned back in his seat and readjusted his hips. It automatically turned me on, "Roll them again. I dare you."
I smirked. "You're being stupid. Drive."
He put his arms behind his head, purposely flexing his biceps in doing so.
I let out a giggle, "Vinnie drive."
He sat back up, "Mm thats what I thought." He purred, I believe he only lets his accent out when he's mad or says seductive things. I watched him readjust himself but my eyes couldn't stop staring at the bulge that had formed under the thin fabric.
He could tell I was staring, and he liked it. "Stop staring unless you're going to do something about it."
I laughed, "Who is this new Vinnie and where is the old one."
He laughed back, "I'm just joking. I'm bored, trying to make you sweat."
He did make me sweat. He also made a waterfall form between my legs.
"You look flustered. Do you wanna sleep?"
I shook my head, "No I just, how many hours left."
He grinned, "Eh twenty one hours give or take."
I groaned, "Let's get food."
"I'm feeling Chic Fil A."
I rolled my eyes, "Fine."

We parked in the lot and sat in the back of the van. We made a make shift table on the twin bed that was back here.
"Why'd you leave in first place?" I said swallowing my first fry.
"I had to get away. I was gonna kill him if I didn't. I was gonna come back for my mon and Annie though."
I nodded, "I tried to get help, I talked to a counselor, my mom, Kendra. No one listened though."
He sat there silent.
I coughed, "My uh, my dad hit us too. Your dad actually took care of it. I never knew how. He said he made him leave."
Vinnie nodded, "I know. I always heard yelling. I felt bad."
I took a sip of my drink, "Do you miss him?"
He shrugged, "I think I'm in shock. He's my dad ya know? I miss the old him. He just changed one day. He used to promise and cry, say he'd change. We all wished we believed him but knew he wouldn't."
I forked around my mac and cheese and sighed, "For what it's worth, I don't think you're anything like him."
His eyes flicked around the van then looked at me, "I love you."
He shoved a fry in his mouth to contain himself from saying anything else.
My heart started beating rapidly.
