I replayed the plan in my head over and over.

I smiled and held Y/N's hand as we walked through the school gate without a care in the world. Suddenly Y/N waved his/their/her free hand to a ginger haired girl with purple eyes. I believe her name started with a 'J'. June? Jade? No...Judy. It was Judy. Judy was a pretty outgoing girl. Before meeting Y/N, Judy was always late or in most cases never showing up at all. Now she only shows up to talk to Y/N the whole time. Judy may be a bit of a troublemaker, but over all she means well. Y/N...my dear sweet Y/N...he's/they've/she's always been beautiful/handsome to me, but after he/they/she killed his/their/her mother, he/they/she seemed radiant with a kind of happiness and beauty that I adored. Judy ran up to us and started talking to Y/N excitedly about something. I wasn't really paying attention. I couldn't tear my eyes away from his/their/her stunning face.

"Lawrence?" Y/N asked. I was suddenly back to reality. "Huh? O-oh, sorry I was thinking. Yes Y/N?" I asked sheepishly.

"Judy apparently has a question for you. She says it's important but won't ask us unless we are both listening." Y/N spoke and I turned my head to Judy.

"Are you two daaaaaating?~" She asked smirking. I felt my face grow hot.

"J-Judy! Why did you ask us something like that?!" Y/N asked with his/their/her face just as red as mine. Judy laughed then looked at us both. "Hey, let's all skip class today! Today's a special day!" Judy asked us both. I was a bit nervous but we all decided to skip. We talked and laughed for a bit but then I noticed a guy acting strangely. I told Y/N and she/they/he relocated his/their/her knife in her sleeve. It wasn't long until the strange man had actually bit another student, tearing their neck open and feeding on them. Soon more people like the strange man were drawn to the scene. People? No...zombies.

Y/N unsheathed the blade and told me to take Judy and run. I was terrified.

I had just gotten Y/N back in my life, yet now...now I have to watch him/them/her leave again...only this time he/they/she might not make it. I knew he/they/she wouldn't let me come with so I kissed him/them/her while fighting back tears and took Judy before running off.

This was too soon to say goodbye again. I will find him/them/her.
