Noah and Jae?

Harry's POV

I watched everyone talking and smiled before shuddering. I felt like I was being watched. I was already in the back of the group as I spotted two figures in the distance. Something about one of them seemed familiar.

I snuck away and headed towards them. As I got closer, I noticed they seemed to be a couple. Once I was close enough to see their faces I gasped. "Noah?" I asked and he smiled. "I knew it! I knew it was you!" He took my hands in his excitedly and squeezed them as if to make sure I'm real.

"It's been so long since I saw you! I'm glad you're ok! Is Auntie with you?" Noah asked and I shook my head slowly. His smile fell. "Oh...well...I'm sure we can find her!" He seemed like he was trying not to cry. "Hey. I'm Jae. What's your name?" The girl next to him asked. I looked at her and my eyes widened. "Do...do you know someone named Zion?" I asked her nervously. She smiled but seemed worried.

"Is he ok?" She asked me and I smiled back. "Yeah, he's actually with our group." I said and she hugged me. "Oh thank goodness! Where have you been staying?" She asked me and I smiled.

"We have been staying in our friend's mansion. It's even got electricity and a large metal gate that locks. Would you like to come with us?" I asked feeling hopeful. "Um...is it okay if we bring some friends?" She asked me and I nodded.

"I'll go get Lily and the others!" She giggled before walking off. I looked at Noah in confusion. "So...why didn't you go with her?" I asked and he sighed. "I haven't been inside their precious safe zone since their original priest was alive." He explained and I nodded.

"Um...what happened to him?" I asked and he shuddered. "He went crazy and was shot for the protection of everyonw." He explained and I stared at him in shock. "Why...why do they call it a safe zone if it's just as dangerous?" I asked and he shrugged. "I just wander out here." He said and I got nervous.

"Have...have you gotten bit?" I asked and he laughed. "Let's see...there was the time the outbreak started. That was the first time I got bit. Then a couple months later I got bit two more times. Hm...I mean recently I got bit again but not for the reason you would think." He explained with a slight blush towards the end.

"That's...that's impossible! Everyone knows you turn in only an hour!" I yelled and he shushed me. "I may be immune to them, but I don't want to find out if you are the same or not." He explained and I nodded before I remembered what he said about his recent bite.

"What other reason would a zombie have to bite someone if it's not for eating?" I asked and his face got really red. "Um...m-maybe you should ask Jae when me and her are a-alone, ok?" He said and I nodded even though I was confused.

Zion's POV

"Hey...where's Harry?" I asked looking around. "You're right...Harry's gone!" Judy yelled. "Hey! Who's that over there?" Sue asked pointing in the distance. I looked over and saw a figure running towards us. I squinted my eyes to see them better.

"It's...it's my aunt! My aunt is still alive and well!" I waved wildly at her and before I know it, she hugged me tightly. "Zee! I missed you!" She smothered me with affection and I hugged back. "Missed ya too, strawberry shortcake." I chuckled and ruffled her hair.

"Hey! I may be shorter than you, but you still need to respect me as your elder!" She said swatting away my hand playfully and giggling. "By the way, I didn't know that my boyfriend had a cousin. Harry is like a little mini Noah!" She giggled again and I stared at her in shock.

"What?!" I asked and she turned around waving at two people in the distance. They slowly walked up to us and I saw a man who looked like he could be Harry's older brother. "Looks like my angel and his mini finally showed up!" My aunt giggled again.

The man...Noah, I think she called him? Either way, he was blushing like crazy and stuttering so badly it sounded like gibberish. "Awwww! You're so cute when your embarrassed!" My aunt squealed. Harry looked at me and I just shrugged.

"Anyways, sir we never actually intended to stay for as long as we have and these people seem to have a place me and the group can stay. I'll be taking Lily and the others from my group with me. That includes Sam too since she would probably try to run away to find me. As much as I enjoy helping out here, this is our family we're talking about!" Jae explained to the guards. He was reluctant but allowed her to go inside to get everyone.
