The next day at practice, Alex Morrow finally decided it was time to actually play with pucks, and practice with cones.

The practice was going okay. Some people were getting a little side track, and Koob just sat in front of the goal, and didn't even try to block anything, but at least it wasn't beach balls. Practice was then ruined when Gordon Bombay came out on the Zamboni.

"He's in one of his moods." Kathleen comments to the team as they move off the ice. Maya and Logan were walking with Kathleen until they had to part ways.

"Nick and Evan told me they need me for this plan called 'phase two." Logan laughed. Kathleen looked up at him, and then got an idea. Maybe she can try and find out what this secret plan was that Evan and Nick were doing.

"What is this plan?" Kathleen questions Logan. He runs his hands through his hair. "They want me to the and charm this girl named Sofi."

"What?!" Kathleen jaw drops. She couldn't believe it. Kathleen scoffed as she crossed her arms together.

"What's wrong? Should I tell Nick and Evan that I can't do it?" He immediately looked at Kathleen with concern, and she just shook her head. "No, nothings wrong at all Logan."

"You promise?" He holds out his pinky, I smiled at him as I intertwine my pinky with his. "Promise."

———

"Nick Ganz!" Kathleen barged into his room. Nick looked up at Kathleen, with a very concerned look on his face. "Yes?"

"It would have been nice for you to let me know that you and Evan were planning to have Sofi join the team. You know how much she hates me, and how much I hate her!" Kathleen yelled at him. She flopped on his bad, and gave him a pouty face.

"Kat, I promise this isn't to spite you, we just need better people on the team." Nick explains. Kathleen sighs as she sits back up to face her semi-brother.

"I'm sorry for yelling at you Nick." Kathleen scoots closer to him, she wraps his arm around the boy who didn't seem to mind that much.

"It's okay, I've always wanted siblings to fight with, and I see you as my sister, and let me tell you it was epic." He laughed which caused Kathleen to laugh also.

"So, do you wanna help with the plan?" Nick asked Kathleen who immediately goes. "Respectfully, No."

———

"Hey Kat!" Logan came up to her after he got done with his portion of the plan. Kathleen looked up at the blonde boy who was a bit taller than she was.

"Would you wanna come over tonight? My aunts making BLTS." Logan offers, and Kathleen smiles. She nods, and Logan blushes a deep red. "Great, I'll go get you from the Ganz's house tonight."

"Cool." Kathleen says as he walks away.

———

"Kat!" One of Nick's mom yelled. "Someone named Logan is here for you!" Kathleen quickly ran down the stairs before Nick could question her.

"See you in a bit Mrs. Sherri!" Kathleen told her. She smiled at Kathleen who was basically a daughter to her, and then looked at Logan. "Have her back here by ten."

"Got it Mrs Ganz!" Logan told her as she shut the door. Logan's house was just across the street from Nick's, so not a long walk.

Logan opened the door to his house for Kathleen as she stepped in. She looked around his house which were pictures of him everywhere.

"Sorry, my dad is not home tonight, he's been busy at his new job." Logan exclaims as he takes off his coat. At of no where, a woman who is not much taller than Kathleen, and had shoulder long blonde hair came out from behind the corner.

"Oh! You must be Kathleen! It's such a pleasure to meet you!" She pulled Kathleen into a hug which she accepted. "I'm Logan's aunt, you can just call me Miss. Ariel!"

"Thank you for having me over Miss. Ariel, you can just call me Kat." Kathleen says, and Ariel explains how dinner will be ready in about ten minutes.

Logan takes Kathleen upstairs to his room to show her around. Kathleen saw a photo of him and a woman who looked a lot like him at his desk, but Kathleen didn't want to bring it up to him.

"Logan! Kat! Dinner's done!" Ariel yelled to the two of them who raced each other down the stairs. They sat at the table together which had a bench seat they sat on.

Kathleen could swear these were the best BLT's she had ever had. Logan's aunt had some mad cooking skills because this cooking was marvellous.

"These BLT's ads really good Miss. Ariel." Kathleen compliments Logan's aunt. She smiles widely, and then Logan speaks up.

"When they were young, my dad used to call her Gordon Ramsey because of her cooking skills." Logan laughed, Kathleen laughed along also.

As dinner was done, Logan was getting up to wash Kathleen and his's plates but Ariel told the two of them to hang out for a bit, and that she would do it.

"Thank you Aunt Ariel." Logan tells her as she pulled him in for a hug. Logan and Kathleen went upstairs to Logan's room which had a big window seat. The two of them sat in it as they faced each other.

Evan Morrow was walking home, feeling good about his outing with Sofi. He was thinking that he really convinced her. Evan looked up at Logan's house to see two people sitting in his window seat. He could tell one of them was Logan, but he had to squint to see the other person. 'Was it Kat?,' He thought, 'There is no way it's Kat. It definitely looks a lot like Kat... why is he with Kat? Why is Kat with him, she is way to good for him.'

That's when even stopped himself, why was he so worried about Kathleen and why was it getting him mad that she is spending time with Logan. Evan took a deep breath, and just continued onto his house. He immediately FaceTimed Nick.

"Hey Evan!" Nick smiles. "Did you convince Sofi?" He asked.

"Hopefully," Evan chuckles. "Uhm, did Kat go and see Logan tonight?" Nick looked at Evan weirdly, and then looked at the window.

"Yes. Why? Are they doing something bad?" Nick asks as he looks out his window to the LaRue house.

"No, no, no, I was just wondering." Evan tells Nick which Nick just looks back at him weirdly before stepping away from the window. "Well anyways, I have to go to bed soon, so goodnight Nick."

"Night Evan." Nick clicked off his phone as he looked to see Logan and Kathleen sitting in his window bench, it looked as if they were playing cards. Then it hit Nick, 'why was Evan so worried about it Kat was over with Logan?'
