Chapter 50.

I get the last of the boxes and put it in my car.

"Do you have everything babe?" Emily comes up behind me and wraps her arms around my waist.

I lean back, "Yes, I'm all set." Emily smiles and pulls me in for a kiss. I smile through the kiss as i pull away.

Me and Emily are moving in together. She bought us a house a month ago and asked me to move in with her. At first i was shocked then i became esthetic.

I was over at Emily's and she cooked us dinner.

"Babe?" I look up at her and nod.

"Move in with me." My eyes went wide and i started chocking on my food.

"What?" I have to see if i heard her correctly..

"Move in with me, we could look at houses and you can even pick the one that would be great for us." She said in a more firmer tone.

Did i want to move in a new house with her? Hell yes.

I'm currently already living with her now so why does it matter.

Let's just say when i said yes, we started looking for houses.

We picked out, a 3 bedroom with s guest and master bedroom. 4 bathrooms. Downstairs is the jacuzzi tub. The back yard is amazing.

"Let's stop over at my parents house." Emily nods.

In school Emily and mom had a professional work relationship, now they are like attached to the hip.

She gets in her car and drives over there. I call Kate. She answers on the third ring.

"What." She said with a grumble.

"Are you at dad's?"

"No why?"

I roll my eyes like she can see, "Because me and Emily are going over there. So get your ass up and leave your house." She huffs

"Fine. I'll be over there in a couple of minutes. Bye." She hung up.

I shake my head at her. She parks the car and we both get out. I just open the door like i still live there.

"Mom." I call out.

She comes from the kitchen.

"Peyton." She gives me a hug and goes over to hug Emily.

"Are y'all ready to move in together." Dad walked in the living room.

We both nod. "Emily i need a word with you." I look over at her confused, but i can't see what she's thinking. She nods and leaves with dad.

Emily's POV

I leave and go to the den with Steve.

"Alright I'm going to cut to the chase, i heard you want to marry my daughter is that correct." He says in a tough father voice.

I nod my head, "Yes, sir. I love your daughter. She's everything to me and i would love to marry her."

He smiles and i furrow my eyebrows together. "Very well.. you have my blessing."

I smile back at him, "Thank you sir." I was a little intimidated by him.

"Do you have a ring yet."

"Yes sir, it's back at the house. She doesn't know where it is."

He gives me and hug and we both walk out. Kate is talking to Peyton.
