secrets of the moon (rewrite)

When I wrote the first one I was incredibly sleep deprived so I'm going to rewrite it when my brain is actually working. I'll probably delete the previous one

Edgar pov. (Btw he's going to be in Golden Ratio for most of this and I do plan to have the dress again just different lol)

I never knew that my parents would take such a dark turn. As part of the royal family on the moon we were here to protect our people and the earth. My mother was once a very kind and loving person. My father had never really been the nicest of people but he wasn't around much so it was tolerable. I was supposed to take over the palace when they pasted. Honestly I'm scared too but I don't think it'll happen any time soon. I spent most of my time painting and reading. My little sister was a sweet little angel and I've always felt the need to protect her. The moon is very beautiful but I've seen images and heard stories about earth and have never seen the place for myself. I'd love to go. I suppose I could. I mean it's not like anyone is going to stop me. Sure my parents are mad and disappointed in me but to them it'd probably be nice if I disappeared and never came back. It's settled I'll go visit earth. I walked through the large castle corridors to the fountain out in the court yard. I stood in front of it praying to the moon's power to send me down.
"Dear, goddess of the moon may you please lend me the power to travel to my sistering planet earth."
A bright white light shown and I woke up to the feeling of a breeze and something that felt unfamiliar. I opened my eyes to see small green slivers. I have never seen this plant before. Nor anything else around me. I stood up walking towards the large towering plants(trees. He's entering a forest) I was surrounded by them but I walked further into it. I continued and stopped at a medium sized pond with some large rocks. I took off my shoes and socks and decided to sit on the rock and dip my feet in the pond. There were small creatures moving inside the pond. They kept coming to my feet and tickling them slightly. Sat there in peace as the a gentle breeze blew.

Luca pov.
I was on a walk in the forest behind my castle. I was heading to the pond. I like to relax there. As I was walking to the pond I saw someone I've never seen before. They we beautiful. Golden curly hair tied in a low ponytail. A very unique dress shirt and shorts. Along with a white barret and their shoes and socks were off to the side and they dipped their feet in the pond. I watched from afar. They were beautiful... Very beautiful. I couldn't tell if they we are girl or boy. They seem to have this small glowing aura it almost seemed like they were a spirit or something. I slowly walked closer to get a closer look. Being careful not to make a noise and scare them off. I tip toes over until I heard the sound of a branch snapping. The figure looked up and snapped their head my direction. 'welp so much for not scaring them'
They immediately saw me and hopped off the rock grabbing their shoes and bolting.
"Hey! Wait come back!" I yell in hopes of them returning so I can talk. But they were out of site.
"Hmmm... I'm sorry for scaring you...I hope we can meet again..." I wispher shamefully.

3rd pov.
Little did the prince know the moon prince was hiding behind and tree and heard every word. He was considering
Speaking to the young man but he was afraid of what could happen to him if he found out he was from the moon's royal family. Maybe he didn't have to tell him just yet. That sounds good. It's settled the Valden heir will speak to the stranger on the earth that was merely a few feet away.

Edgar pov. Sorry for changing so much lol

I stepped out from behind the tree slowly walking to the boy.
"U-ummm sorry for running away." I say a little timidly.
"Oh! You're here. I'm so sorry for scaring you. I didn't mean to." He frantically said.
"It's quite alright. I just wasn't expecting someone to be here. What is your name or something I can call you?"
"Oh yeah. Haha I'm Luca Balsa prince of Earth. The castle isn't far from here. I often visit this place to relax." He says laughing a little awkwardly.
"I can see why. It's beautiful..."
"Indeed it is." He smiled kindly at me.
"What's your name lovie?" He smirks slightly.
"I'm Edgar Valden."
"Well I'm glad to meet you. That name sounds familiar... Would you be.... nevermind there's no way.." he seemed to be hesitant on something.
"Am I???"
"Well the name sounded like the royal family from the moon but I don't think they would travel here. Either way would you like to dance?" I'm suprised he know of the moon city. I just assumed that wasn't common knowledge.
"I'm not a very good dancer. I'll politely have to decline."
"I can teach you. Don't worry I won't judge." He walked over grabbing my hand and leading me throw the dance.
I was shocked. He's so kind to me. Why?
We soon finished and we sat on the rocks together.
"You know. I was afraid to tell you but I am the prince of the moon. My parents don't particularly care about me anymore. I was always very feminine and when I wanted to wear a dress they got mad at me. I've never really met someone so kind. My sister's kind but she's so young and to be honest it might just be out of pity. Sorry I probably over shared." I say realizing everything that just fell out of my mouth. Usually I just give up on people and just cut them off and leave.
"Well Eddie I think you deserve all the love in the world. If you want you can visit me more often." He smiled Holding my hand. I blush at the gesture and the name. I've never felt so attached to someone. He's such a handsome prince. Perfect in every way. I'd love to spend more time with him.
"I'd love to. Thank you."
"Of course! I hope to see you again soon."
