"Okay, so we're down to 30 names." Jungkook announces as he munches on a carrot stick.
"Wow! I leave you alone for one second and you've done all the work." Hana muses sitting on the center table just across Jungkook in the couch.
"Good thing school hasn't started or else I won't have enough time to solve this." Jungkook said with a grin.
"Hey, are you really fine doing all this? I mean what if it leads to nothing? Then I just wasted your time." Hana says feeling sorry.
"Don't say that. This is my idea and you didn't force me into it. If it leads to nothing then at least we tried right?" Jungkook said looking at Hana's way.
"Besides I don't want you blaming me why I never helped you cross over when I get old and wrinkly and not the same hot hot human." Jungkook blinks.
"Aish... I never would've said that if I knew you could hear me!" Hana says, he could tell she was pouting at this moment.
"Oh come on, you couldn't contain my hotness that you have to leave each time... don't you want to see more?" Jungkook teasingly says with such a flirty vibe.
"You are a perv!" Hana says running away from that scene.

"I'm sorry I can't help." The 29th girl said as Jungkook showed her a sketch of Hana."I really thought she looked like one of your friends in your social media." Jungkook said sounding sad.
"I do too but she's pretty much alive and not missing like your friend. That's all you are to her right? Her friend?" Now this girl knows the ropes. She inches her hand on Jungkook's arm and started drawing shapes on them with her middle finger.
The nerve! She's clearly hitting on Jungkook. "Oh geez, I cannot believe this girl! Such a flirt!" Hana says with such disgust.
"Kook! Come on we're out of here!" Hana scolds him as he was clearly letting this girl flirt with him.
"Unbelievable! I'll be outside when you're done!" She says sounding irritated.
Hana stepped outside, away from that hideous sight of that girl touching Jungkook that way. "What a FLIRT! Huh, if he can only feel my touch, he would never let anyone else touch him like that!" She was fuming mad stomping her feet like a kid.
She was so consumed by her jealousy that it took her a moment to notice a photo studio right across the coffee shop where she left Jungkook.
Hana felt weird inside. Like she was drawn to something. She approached the studio and looked carefully at the different photos on display. There were solo and family portraits but one particular picture caught her attention.

The whole time they drove home, Jungkook thought she was really mad at him since she barely said a word. What he didn't know was Hana was just staring at him the entire time."Is this why you can see me? Are you my unfinished business?" Those thoughts kept running in Hana's mind. "What happened Kookie? Why don't you recognize me or my voice? Why have you forgotten about me?"
The awkward silence was evident in the air. Jungkook couldn't even tell if Hana was really there next to him on the passenger seat since she never made a sound.
That night Hana stayed silent, if it weren't for Miri circling around and prancing like a giddy puppy around her, Jungkook wouldn't have known that she was there.
Jungkook finally decided to break the awkward silence. He went over to where Miri was slouched on one corner of the couch. He assumed Hana was there so he sat on the center table to face her.
"Can we talk?" Jungkook asked.
Hana was right there lying on her side. She decided to sit up and managed to stay right smack in front of her Kookie. Her first love. Her first kiss. Her first everything. She stares at him and it almost felt like she still has a beating heart beneath her chest.
What Hana saw that afternoon in the photo studio was a picture of her and Jungkook. It was a film strip of them in a photo booth acting all silly in 4 different poses. That was most memorable for her since it was the day she agreed to be his girlfriend.
Then just like that, everything about Jungkook came back to her. From the first time he said hello at the school orientation to that dreadful night of the accident. She remembers everything now but why her and not him? Is that her mission? To help him remember?
There must be a really significant reason why all this is happening. Why is she still here? Why didn't Jungkook recognize her when he saw her? Why is her voice unfamiliar to him? Why does it seem like not a morsel of Hana's memory was left in Jungkook's mind?
"Look I'm sorry for how I acted a while ago. I know it wasn't right and I'm really sorry." He said.
"It's okay Kook, I think I overreacted. It's just that I felt envious of something I can't do anymore... touch." Hana confessed in all honesty leaving out that one part that it's his touch she misses the most...how he feels.
"Oh God, I'm so insensitive. I didn't even think about you." He says feeling so ashamed and sorry at the same time. "I'm really sorry Hana, can you please forgive me?"
"There's nothing to forgive Kookie." That pet name she used to call him accidentally slipped off her mouth. She almost froze and waited for Jungkook to react.
"Kookie?... Hmmm... I like that." Jungkook said, not having the slightest idea that Hana used to call him Kookie when she was still alive.
