"Kook, what are we doing here?" Hana asks, confused why Jungkook didn't take her to his house. This isn't the house she remembers. This isn't the same place where he used to sneak her in to cuddle the entire time in his room. Well, cuddle and so much more.
"What do you mean? This is my home." He says looking at her suspiciously.
"Owww it's just that..." <Think, Hana think!!! You can't let him know this isn't the house you remember... it's too soon. You need to find out first why he doesn't seem to know your past.>
"... it's just that... I thought we were going to buy groceries first." Ok that was close. Good Hana!
"Maybe later..." He replies before the gate automatically opens and he parks the car right in.

Hana scans Jungkook's room. Nothing looks familiar to her. It's as if the Jungkook she knew back in the day didn't exist. Is she remembering it wrong? Nope, she knows in her heart that this isn't Jungkook's life. What happened? He likes animes, games and music but this room doesn't reflect that. It's as if another person owns it. There must be something she needs to find out. She looks through his closet and it's filled with colorful and printed clothes. The Jungkook she knows love wearing black, grey even white. This is so confusing.
"Hey, nobody's home yet but my parents are coming home early from the cafe." He says as he enters the room and puts down his things.
"Cafe?" She asked. What cafe? Jungkook's parents are nurses and both work in the hospital.
"Yeah, they run a small cafe nearby." He says while he sits by the desk to work on his laptop.
This is so weird. Why the sudden change in careers? Hana knew the couple loved being healthcare professionals and even encouraged both of them to take up nursing or something healthcare related in college. It just doesn't make sense.

"Jungkook! I thought you were coming tomorrow?" His mom went up straight to Jungkook and hugged him.She sounded the same but there was a bit of difference. She looked older like someone who aged a lot more than she expected. She's wearing a simple pair of pants and the cafe polo shirt that says Cafe Bliss on the back.
Hana had to stay away from Jungkook's sight since she didn't want him to notice the familiarity in her eyes, like she knew his parents from way back. Come to think of it, that wasn't so hard to hide since she is seeing a totally different side of his parents.
Her head seems to spin as Hana tries to process everything in. Tons have changed. For instance his dad used to be so lively at dinner and would talk nonstop about what happened at work. This man right here just sat in his chair silently eating his dinner.
His mom seemed the same but you can notice sadness in her tone and those eyes seem to weep all the time, not the same vibrant eyes she remembers. Hana sat in the couch trying to figure out what could be wrong. They just ate dinner in silence.

"You've been awfully quiet since we got here. Is anything wrong?" Jungkook asks as he wraps his arms around Hana from behind, both laying sideways on his bed."Nothing it's just, your parents are really... quiet." She says.
"Hmmm... that's just how they are Hana." No they're not, she thought to herself. Hana should know because she has been with them long enough to notice the huge difference. His parents are jolly people who can't seem to run out of stories.
