Alec falls for clary

I though she was someone I could marry and trust. She just cheated on me and then Denys it, what a bitch!
CLARY
I gasp when I hear Alec's thoughts, a tear rolls down my cheek and Alec puts a hand over his mouth. he thinks he said it out loud. I sniffle "I put a rune on so I could hear everyone's thoughts"
"clary" Alec croaks, "i-i didn't mean it" he stuttered trying to step closer to me. I turn my back "that's what they all say" I mutter turning to see jace looking at me wide eyed. "you heard what I said"? He sucked in a sharp breath. i smirked "yea yu 'desperate' little boy" I tease chuckling when he turns a bright red.

JACE

she turns back around and points to alec accusingly "and for you, you little ass. i thought you would know me better after 5 years to think I would cheat, but no, I can't marry someone who doesn't love me and who doesn't know me." She spits angrily. He slumps down but the tears dont fall. "You" he growls looking in my direction. "i thought you were my brother. not some dick who steals engaged girlfriends".
I smirk "well obviously you said something in your mind to piss her off, its not my fault"
It wasn't something to laugh at but I can't help but chuckle.
