Chapter 9

Bellamy's P.O.V

I wake up with clarke in my arms. I smile at her sleeping. God, I've missed this girl. I brush the hair off of her face. Her eyes slowly open and she looks up at me and smiles. "Good morning" she whispers and bites a corner of her bottom lip.

"Good morning, love."

She playfully frowns "Whatever happened to 'princess'?"

"I thought you hated that name." I smirk.
"You're right. But since when do you do what you don't want to."
"Only when I want to." I say in a more serious tone.
I flip over so I'm on top of her. There's a strand of hair on her face which i carefully remove with my thumb. I lean forward and kiss her soft lips. Then for a few minutes we kiss each other until octavia comes in but we dont notice her until she says "I know being one leaders sister and the other's best friend makes me in charge while they want to make out but I think it's time you two got out of bed."
I scowled at her but clarke laughed, her real cute laugh, not the fake one she always used. "She's right Bell, We should go." Clarke said as she started to get up. "Alright" i said after pulling my shirt on. Before i walked out, i grabbed clarkes face gently and give her a passionate kiss. As i stepped out octavia joked with her arm's folded "In front of your little sister, really Bell?" Which earned her another scowl from me.
I walked off to go help with building the cabins that we've started to build to get ready for winter.

Clarkes P.O.V
I waited for a while then walked out of my tent. Octavia ran over to me and said "hey, clarke! Listen I'm -uh going to see Limcoln for a while. I didn't want to tell bellamy and I thought someone should know." I smiled and nodded. I walked into the med bay and see Finn sitting there. Ugh, that asshole needs to leave me alone. "What do you want Finn?"
"I cut my arm on a tree."
I sigh. How the hell did he manage that? I put my hand out indicating for him to put his arm there so i can check his cut.
"Clarke, I wanna talk to you."
"There's nothing to talk about."
"What i did wasn't rational i was just messing around."
"Oh, you messed up, all right."
"Clarke i really like y-"
He was interrupted by Raven coming in. "Clarke ,i need to talk to you and Bellamy. Alone." She said. I nodded as i finished up with Finn's arm. Finn looked hesitant but when i pointed to the door he frowned and then he left and i went to get Bellamy. When Bellamy got inside Raven started to talk. I noticed Finn eavesdropping on the outside of the dropship. Annoyed, i went and closed the latch, separating me , raven ,and Bellamy from everyone else.
"I managed to get the dropships rockets started again. If the grounders come at us, we can push the button and have grounder barbeque. I didn't want to tell everyone else because god knows what they wou-" She stopped talking as there was a slight hum and went over to the control panel for the rockets. "No, this can't be right. I didn't connect the wires yet!" She yelled.
"Raven, what's going on!"
I heard bellamy say. Raven kept shaking her head and saying words that would make no sense to anyone but a mechanic.
I started to get worried and panicky. I grabbed her shoulders and shook her. "Raven. What is going on?"
"The rockets are starting automatically. But i never connected the wires!"
Me and bellamy finally realized what she was saying. Raven's plan was working but the grounders weren't the ones who would be barbequed. Everyone outside the dropship was.
And by everyone, I meant all of the 100.
