You sit in your small apartment that you and you boyfriend Rob Cooper had moved in just few weeks ago. You sit on the couch going through some file for your next mission that was after few moths. You wait for Rob to come back home from his mission. You don't worry much about him he is a good agent nothing can go wrong.
You prepare dinner his favourite. You wait for him so you can tell him the big news.
It was a getting late and you hadn't heard from him in a long time the dinner was cold and you were very sleepy. You lay on the couch as you fall asleep.
You wake up to a knock on the door he's back
You quickly get up and open the door you see Nick fury standing there he has a serious look on face but that is normal he is always serious.
You are a bit disappointed seeing Nick and not you boyfriend Rob.
"Hey Nick, what are you doing here ?" You ask in a good mood, you are just so excited to tell Rob the news.
"Y/n I have to tell you something" Nick says as a tear slips from his eyes
"What is it ?" You ask instantly getting worried. You have known Nick all your life he is like a father to you, you have never seen him cry before. "Nick your Scaring me, what's wrong" you let him in the apartment.
"You might want to sit down for this one" Nick says
You two sit down.
"Now tell me, what is it" you ask feeling nervous and scared
"We have lost Agent Cooper" Nick say looking down "there was an bomb explosion killing 4 of are Agents including Rob Cooper" Nick looks at you.
You don't believe him at all "No there must be a misunderstanding. He- he was suppose to come back home today"
"I'm sorry Y/n" He says
"No your lying !" You stand up as tears flood out your eyes, down you face "he promised to come back"
"I don't know what to say" Nick walks up to you hugging you tight. "It's going to be okay"
You push him away "no it's not, he was going to be a father !" You fall on your knees covering your face.
Nick was surprised he didn't know you were pregnant "what ?!" He asks
"I'm pregnant" you say
"Everything will be fine I'm here for you and the baby" Nick say
"Just leave me alone"
"Y/n-"
"I SAID LEAVE ME ALONE !!" You scream
Nick walks away.

"Welcome back Captain Rogers, I hope you had a good flight" Nick fury say walking with Steve Rogers to his office
"Yes it was very smooth" Steve reply's.
"Good" Nick says
They both walk in the office where you stand going though some files.
"Ah Nick, Captain Rogers" you greet them
"Y/n what are you doing here ?" Nick fury asks surprised. He didn't know you were a part of this mission
"I have a mission" you answer
"Y/n are you sure-" you cut him off
"Yes what ever happened to Agent Cooper was four months ago" you act very heartless. You weren't always like that, you were the happy,caring, sweet one, you made every one smile but after Rob you changed you got tougher and less caring. Nothing hurt you anymore, it's like you got emotionless.
"Captain Rogers-" you say
"Please call me Steve" he says
"Fine. Steve we have a mission after three days. One of my pilots will take us to Russia, where they are holding kids hostage. And we think they train them to become future spy's. We need to free them then we will come back and you can continue with whatever mission you have next" you say
"What if we fail to free them ?" Steve asks, he had a very serious deep voice
"We won't not on my watch" you answer
"Y/n are you sure you want to do this, get out there" Nick says. He has always had a soft spot for you in a fatherly way.
"Just because I'm pregnant doesn't mean I can't go on missions. Don't underestimate me" you say "Steve is that clear ?" You look at him
"Yes ma'am" he says, he is still a bit old style
"Okay any questions ?" You look him straight in the eyes
"No ma'am" Steve says again
"Good" you walk out the office, you turn around and say "oh and Steve don't ever call me ma'am again"
"Yes ma- Agent....."
"Call me Y/n" you walk away.
Nick fury and Steve Rogers
"What's the Deal with Y/n ?" Steve ask while he walks with Nick fury
"Agent Y/l/n wasn't always like this, she lost her boyfriend four months ago and with out her trying to get past that pain she does stupid things like going on missions, trying to forget the pain" Fury says worried
"Her boyfriend as in also the father of the child she is carrying ?" Steve asks curious.
Fury nods
"Wow and no one stops her ? She's not only putting her life in danger but also her unborn Child's life"
"I know we have tried to stop her, but like she said don't underestimate her. She's one of are best Agent" Nick tells Steve
Y/n apartment
You walk to your apartment seeing the door slightly opened, you hear someone inside.
You pull out your gun from the back of your jeans as you open the door fully. You point the gun at who ever was in the house, they point there gun right back at you.
