Rob had left the apartment.
You waited a few minutes before you went straight over to Steve house. You needed Steve's help on this.
As your about to knock on the door you hear loud bed squeaking sound and a girl
Moaning loudly.
Disgusting
"Ugh Steve" you say as you get back in your apartment.
There was something suspicious about Rob.
Things weren't adding up.
It couldn't be that he just walks back into your life like nothing happened, then wanting to go on a mission again. He doesn't know anything about you.
This isn't Rob.
You get into a panic, you weren't sure what to believe, or how to confess to him.
No I'm just overreacting.
You try your best to calm yourself down but all you could think about was "this isn't Rob".
You go to the bedroom and look for any clues.
You quickly look around the bedroom, in the closet, side desk, in a draw. Finally you look under the bed seeing a bag, you get it out and see a bunch of empty glass tubes. The ones that are used to collect blood in for testing and stuff.
What is Rob doing with this ?
"I'm back" Rob says. You quickly push the bag under the bed again, you quickly get in bed.
"What you doing ?" He asks
"Oh just have a little headache" you say.
"Yeah all the noise coming from next door" Rob says "it's really Annoying" he says. That's something Rob would never say.
Yup I'm sleeping with a stranger
"Rob come here" you say. He plops on the bed next to you.
"Remember when we went camping ?" You ask him. Trick question you two had never gone camping before. Rob hated it.
"Ohh yeah I remember" Rob says
"It was fun" you say "what was you favourite part ?" You ask him
"Everything I loved the whole trip" Rob says
Bullshit.....
"No what was that one thing you liked the most" yous say
"When we roasted the marshmallows" Rob says something random
"I don't remember that part" you say
"You don't ?" Rob says
"No" you answer
"Oh that's strange-" Rob says
There was a knock on the door.
You get out of bed and walk over to the door and open it, it's Alexia. Thank god !
"Hey" your friend says exited
"Hi let me give you a hug" You say. As you hugging her you quickly whisper in here ear. "There is someone in the house pretending to be Rob" you quickly say as you pull away from the hug with a bright fake smile.
"Oh my god" Alexia whispers not really knowing what to expect.
"Hey Rob look who it is !" You yell and 'Rob' walks out the bedroom
You see how Alexia's face went completely pale when she saw this 'fake Rob' You understand that look completely, it is always weird seeing someone alive, when you thought they were dead.
"Hey Rob" Alexia walks over to hug him. She was trying her best to act normal round this stranger.
Rob just awkwardly hugged her. Now you were 100% sure this wasn't Rob. Because Alexia's and Robs bond was unbreakable.
"Your alive ?" Alexia says
To that Rob reply's "surprise" his tone was awkward and he sounded nervous.
"As much as I like this reunion I have to make a phone call I'll be back in a minute" Rob says grabbing his phone and walking out the door of your apartment.
Alexia looks at you with her eyes wide open she couldn't believe what was happening. "Okay now tell me everything" she says
"Okay" you two sit down on the couch as you start explaining how Rob just pop's up to your apartment out of the blue and acts like everything alright when nothing is alright. He doesn't even remember small details about your and his relationship nor dose he remember Alexia. He comes here and for a wired reason he hates Steve. He also wants to go on a mission again with only Steve ! After he just came.
Alexia listens to you carefully "so what are you going to do ?" She asks
"I don't know" you say worried "we need a plan, a good plan" you say
Before you two could continue talking Rob walks in.
"Hey I'm tired I'm going to sleep" he says "nice seeing you" Rob says to Alexia.
She gives you a worried look then whisper "are you sure your safe ?" She says
"Yeah it's fine and if anything happens Steve lives next door, I'm fine" you assure her
"Okay just call me if anything happens" she says
"Okay" you smile and hug your friend bye as he leaves
You walk to the bedroom there Rob was sleeping.
You lay down next to him. Now everything felt so uncomfortable.
Knowing that Rob is someone else and not the person you once loved.
"Rob ?" You see if he's awake
"Yeah ?" He says a bit annoyed
"Are you ready for your mission tomorrow ?" You ask
"Yeah" he says

Next morning You, Rob, Steve and Nick fury meet in his office for a quick meeting before the mission.
You sit next to Steve
"Sounded like someone was having fun yesterday" you whisper to Steve .
"Shut up" Steve says
"Oh c'mon who's the girl ?" You say
"Hey Steve Y/n. Stop talking" fury says to you two.
You and Steve shut up and listen.
In the middle of the meeting You see the front desk girl walk in the office. Instantly You notice Steve getting a bit uncomfortable. You also look at the girl who blushed when she saw Steve.
Holy shit did Steve banged her ?
"Is that the lucky girl ?" You ask Steve.
"How did you-" you cut him off
"First of all when she saw you she blushed. Then second thing you look uncomfortable when you see her and the third thing the poor thing can barely walk. How rough did you go ?" You ask with a laugh.
"You make me very uncomfortable Y/n" Steve says annoyed.
"You two better shut it" Nick says to you two.
As Rob just looks at you two annoyed.
