"This is Agent Y/l/n speaking, dose anyone copy ?" You talk on the radio - Like always no answer
Steve walks up to you "my leg is all better we should get- agggghhh" he falls down to the ground holding his wounded leg.
"All better ?" You say sarcastically. "Let me get a look at it" you sit down on the ground next to him, you take the bandage of "oh my god" you gasp, his leg was not looking well.
"Is it bad ?" He asks
"It's infected" you tell him "we will have to get you to a hospital" you tell him
"No !" He argues "that will blow are cover, putting us three in danger" by three he means You, him and the baby.
"Fine. Then I'll go in and save them all" you try getting up from the floor but you baby bump was in the way.
Steve gets up on one leg then helps you up "Y/n you can barely stand up, I'm not sending you on that mission"
"Don't underestimate-" he cuts you off
"I'm not understanding you, I'm taking care of you. There's a difference" he looks down at his leg "give me few more days just for my leg to get better, while you fix the radio" he says in a damaging way.
You look up at him he took care of you just like Rob did.
"I'll get some alcohol, We need to get that leg fixed" you go get it while Steve sits on the bed waiting for you "have a sip" you give him the bottle "helps with the pain" you add in
"I can't get drunk" he reminds you
"Right" you answer "I forgot you are a supersoldier". "You might want to bite on to something this is gonna hurt" you warn him
He looks around for something to bite on, he takes a book that was laying on your nightstand "can I use this ?" He ask
"Sure"
He looks at the title of the book "tips for single mothers" was the title of the book. Steve had a sorry look on his face.
"Okay now bite on to it" you say as you pour the alcohol on his leg.
"Aghhh" he screams
"Are you okay ?" You ask as your wrapping his leg again
"Yeah. Thanks" he says
Day 10 In the bunker
You and Steve had gotten a better bond as the two of you were nicer and more open towards each other, maybe being down in this bunker wasn't the worse thing ever.
You wake up to Steve breathing heavily, he was on the ground "hey captain" you say
"Agent Y/l/n" he nods
"Watcha doing ?" You ask. The more you were with Steve the more your fun side started to show, just like the old times. The Happy side of Y/n.
"Push-ups" he answers. You just looked at him.
"The more I look at it the more I see it" you say
"See what ?" Steve asks standing up
"America's ass" you laugh making him also laugh.
"So someone's been staring" Steve laughs as he gets him self a glass of water "I'm going to take a shower" he walks away.
You sit trying to fix the radio while Steve is taking a shower. You hear the water close, he was done taking his shower. "Steve" you call out his name
Steve opens the bathroom door "Yeah" he answers
"Are you ready for the mission tomorrow ?" You ask. His leg had gotten better over the week but the radio was still not working.
"Yeah I'm ready" he answers "Y/n if I don't make it-"
"You will make it, okay" you walk over to the bathroom seeing Steve only in his pants and a white top he was drying his hair and hand after the shower

You look at him he was so much taller then you. "Just come back in one piece" you put your hand on his shoulder.
You both look in to each other's eyes you start leaning towards him getting on you tiptoes, So your lips were at the same height as his. Inches away from his lips.
"Oh my god" you say as the two of you move away from each other. You grab your stomach.
"What !" Steve asks
"The baby it kicked I I- felt a small kick" you put your hand on your bump feeling the kicks. "It's the first kick" You inform him.
"Dose it hurt" he looks at you
"No its more like a gentle tap" you explain
The tension between you two was still there you get the urge to kiss him. You move towards him getting back on your tiptoe's. You put both your hand on his cheek as his hand slide down your back. His soft lips attach to your. You two pull away.
You look at him and smile. Probably the prettiest smile you had ever given him yet.
Later that day
You sit on the bed trying to get the stupid radio to work while Steve sat on the couch reading a book he found in the bunker.
You look at Steve reading "that was Robs favourite book" you tell him
"Yeah ? Well he had great taste in books"
"Yeah I Always made fun of him saying he loved this book more then he loved me" you let out a small laugh.
There is a silence between you two "I have a question for you, oh which you do not have to answer. I feel like you don't answer it though you kind of answering it you-"
"What ?" He cuts you off
"Was that your first kiss since 1945 ?" You ask
"That bad Huh ?" Steve says
"I didn't say that" you defend yourself.
"Well it kind of sounds like that's what your saying-" you cut him off
"No i didn't I've just wonder how much practice you've had-"
"You don't need practice" he says offended
"Everybody need practice" you laugh ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you guy's see the name 'Chris' in the story, it's by accident. I sometimes mix the names Steve and Chris.
So if it says Chris just so you know it suppose to be Steve
