Four|The Company

"Company? What do you mean shucking company?" Minho questioned. Newt couldn't have said it better.

"Listen hermano, I was just strolling through the beach when I saw a sign of life running to our living space. I never saw if it was a group or one person. I don't even know if it's human." Jorge explained.

"Well we better-" before Thomas could end his sentence a alarm went off. Louder than a newbie alarm but it had a less annoying ring to it. Everyone looked around and Newt noticed they all had a unreadable face shown.

"Well, we can't just bloody sit here and do nothing. We should check, at least see what's going on." Newt suggested.

"What if it's a bunch of animals ready to eat us?" Brenda asked.

"What if it's not? We can't just predict. We need to see for ourselves," Newt responded.

"I agree, but he can't just walk out there without a plan. Just in case it's bad we should just send out two people and wait for them to come back." Thomas said.

"Alright, I'll go with Minho," Newt volunteered, "we will knock on the door three times just so you know it's us when we need to come back again." Everyone agreed on the plan. Minho and Newt exited from the back door of the kitchen and sneaked to the edge of the building. The alarm had stopped as soon as they got out.

"I don't see anything," Newt whispered.

"Yeah, neither do I, we should get a better look. They could be near that metal box." Newt nodded and followed Minho quietly to the seating area and hid behind the tablecloths. Newt could see in the distance a person.

"Do you see that too?" Minho asked

"Yeah. Who do you think it is?"

"No clue. The shank doesn't look like it have any weapons on them, maybe we should try to communicate with it."

"No Minho. Who knows, they could have hidden guns or were trained to kill by fighting. We can't risk our bloody lives."

"Oh c'mon, scaredy shank. We can take it. It's two against one," and Minho got up and started walking over. Newt didn't know what else to do so he followed him. The closer they got, they noticed it was a girl. She had blonde hair with brown highlights. Her eyes were blue as the clear sky. She was, well, beautiful. They got to a point where they were 5 metres away.
"Who are you?" Newt asked. She jumped, probably startled that Minho and Newt snook up on her.

"I'm Cosette. Who are you? And where am I?" Cosette questioned.

"Well I'm Newt, and this is Minho. We don't actually know where we bloody are but it's definitely different." Newt explained.

"Thanks for the obvious, Newt," Minho said rolling his eyes, "we should probably tell everyone else that it's just one girl."

"Wow. You make me sound weak." Cosette glared at Minho, making Newt smile at her. Cosette started walking away, (even though she didn't know where she was going) until she turned around and said.

"Oh, and I'm not the only one here," and she started walking again.
