At the Amusement park

"I'm not riding the Ferris wheel!", I say to Colby.

"Please! It won't be that bad! I'll be with you!", Colby says.

"You'll be fine Nicole!", Kat says.

"Fine, but we can ride it last!", I say. They all say okay and we go play some games.

1 hour later

"Come on! The sun is starting to set! I wanna ride it!", Kat says pulling all of us.

Me and Colby get on our own chair thingy and I look at Colby, "I hate heights colbs". He smiles, "you'll be okay".

I close my eyes and it starts to move. I squeeze them tightly shut.

"Open your eyes", colby says.

"No"

"Please"

I open my eyes and see we're at the top, "Holy shit!", I grab Colbys leg squeezing it. I hear him chuckle and he takes out his phone, he puts his arm around me pulling me in, "here I wanna take a picture". I nod and lay my head on his shoulder, he takes the picture and puts his phone down. I look over at him and smile, he pull me in and kisses me.

"Colby"

"Yes?"

"Don't leave me again"

He chuckles, "I won't"

"Promise?"

He pecks my lips, "Promise"

The Ferris wheel starts moving again and we go to the bottom. We get off and so do Sam and Kat. We all walk around some more.

"I'm tired", Kat says laying her head on my shoulder while walking.

"Me too", I agree.

We tell the boys and then we leave. I text my mom and tell her I'm on my way home.

I start the car and me and Colby drive to his house.

"Has your mom texted you back?", Colby asks.

"Not yet, she might be asleep", He nods.

We pull up to his place and he gets his stuff out. He walks over to my side of the car and opens the door. He kisses me and I smile kissing back, "are you sure you'll be ok driving home? I can ask my mom if I can stay the night". "I'll be fine, go inside and get some sleep in your own bed", he nods pecking my lips again.

"Goodnight Nicole"

"Goodnight Colby"

I stay parked until he goes inside, after he goes inside I drive home blasting music.

I pull into my house parking my car and going inside.

"Mom I'm home!", I yell.

I get no response and I walk to her room seeing if she's asleep, I open the door and see she's not in there.

"Mom?", I yell again. I feel a hand touch my shoulder and I turn around, "dear god mom, you scared-" I see a familiar face and my heart drops.

"Hey babygirl, missed me?"
