Moving day

"Colby come on! We gotta go!", Sam yells from downstairs.

"I know! Hold on!", Colby yells back. I laugh a little and hand him the rest of his clothes.

Moving day... The day all of our lives are changing for good. I know I could go but I chose to stay instead. I help Colby close the last box and then he looks at me. He hugs me tightly and I hug back, "I'm gonna miss you", he says, "I'm gonna miss you too".

We walk downstairs and Kat runs to me hugging me, "I'm gonna miss you babes"

I smile hugging her back, "I'm gonna miss you too, your gonna text me everyday right?"

"Of course! You know I will!", we both laugh then I walk over to Sam.

Sam hugs me, "keep him safe Sammy", I say.

"I will, I'll keep you updated no matter what", he says pulling away.

I walk over to Corey and he pulls me into a hug, "I'm gonna miss ya Cooper, not gonna be the same without ya around"

I laugh then pull away, "don't do anything stupid"

"No promises", he says.

After a lot of talking, everyone hugs each other then they leave. I walk to Colbys car with him and put his last box in it. We hug each other and I walk off but he grabs me pulling me back into another one.

"Colbs you have to go", I say laughing.

"Are you sure you don't want to go? You can stay in my room until you got your own", Colby says.

I look at him, "if I ever change my mind I will let you know"

"Okay, but you sure?"

"Yes"

He sighs, "alright well, I guess this is goodbye"

"I guess so"'

He smiles then kisses me. Not like any other time we would, this was more deep and meaningful. Almost like he didn't want to pull away, and neither did I to be honest.

We pull away and he cups my cheek, "Nicole"

I smile, "yes colbs?"

"I love you Nicole Cooper"

"I love you too Colby Brock"

He gets in his car and I lean down to his window, "goodbye Colby"

"Goodbye Nicole"

With that he pulls away. My best friends are now leaving to pursue their dreams.

Hi guys, it's the author here. So I am already thinking about writing another book for this. It will probably be longer than this one because they will all be older and I am able to do more. I have nothing better to do sooooo yeah
