Aragorn opened and closed his mouth in slight disbelief before Legolas piped up again "If you have something to say whether a word or a whole speech, you can say it in front of them..." Legolas said "...Because I would rather die than experience another moment alone with you" He mumbled, his eyes piercing into Aragorn's ones that held an indication of hurt within them before Legolas turned on his heel and stormed through the gates of Gondor.

Aragorn stared after him in disbelief, sensing his mouth going dry from the words that the other had spoken, although none of his internal thoughts appeared to emerge upon his face for Tauriel seemed to glance at him, maintaining a state of shock upon her delicate features as she inspected his vacant expression with curious eyes. Slender fingers tightening to form a first at her sides.

Iapetus kept his head turned in the direction that Legolas had evacuated from, appearing to be in a similar state of shock as the other three, enduring anxiety and confusion upon witnessing the prince's unexpected breakout. The elf's fragile features constructed a frown as his murky eyebrows sewed together, dim leafy eyes slightly glazed over with a narrow sheet of moisture that established a barrier across the exterior of his wide eyes, influenced by the intense light of the sun that stung at its surface.

Upon acknowledging their continuous silence, Arwen appeared to snap out of her trance and she gradually made her way over to Iapetus, who had been the closest to her, tilting the shards of grass in a unique direction as they shifted beneath her feet. The corners of her lips bent upwards, Arwen's expression constructed a smile despite the obvious concern that had previously contaminated her features as she disconnected her lips to speak "Iapetus, Tauriel, let me guide you to the guest rooms" She announced in a calm voice, her smile not wavering as she spoke without the slightest hint that the previous scene had occurred.

Briefly glancing in Tauriel's direction, Iapetus took note of her visibly aggravated demeanour and so he quickly piped up a response for the woman in front of him "I hope you don't mind, Lady Arwen..." He smiled, causing Tauriel's eyes to shift towards him "...Our journey had been long" Iapetus said.

Arwen presented a gentle smile in return and briefly looked towards Tauriel before speaking up "Of course I don't mind..." She said in a polite tone "...You are our guests" (That was a lot of ours bloody hell)

Having that been said, Arwen peeked towards Aragorn before directing the two of them through the open gates of Gondor. Her polite smile never fading as she walked with her hands clasped together in front of her as if they were guiding her elegant stride.

Tauriel looked back towards Aragorn, who joined her disgusted gaze with a hint of suspicion within his gloomy eyes. Aragorn would not admit that he felt slightly guilty about his way of welcoming the three after the previous occurrences, yet he could not help but agree with his inner mind that perhaps addressing them like nothing had happened maybe wasn't the best idea he had in stall.

Briefly peering towards the glaring sun with squinting eyes and unleashing a harsh sigh, Aragorn paced back through the gates himself. His kingly attire catching the eyes of passerbys, who lowered their heads in respect and muttered their greetings towards the king, each bearing a look of joy upon their faces that was natural for such a celebration.
