Getting started

Thinking back .. It seems like a life time ago that I could live my life without the worry of "will I make it through the day?".
I took things for granted and I guess this is how I pay the price.. I just wish I knew then what I know now. It would have saved so much time! It's every man for himself, the real danger isn't the zombies it's the humans.

People go crazy when they think their life is over, resorting to things like cannibalism to survive and killing people just so they can get a weapon. People were crazy but now they're crazier than ever, most of my friends are gone. Not that it was a surprise, I've read and seen enough zombie horrors to know how it would all end and it wasn't pretty but neither was I. I hope you enjoy this story and understand everything I did was for a reason, I had to make some rash decisions and I would be lying if I said I didn't regret any of them now but it's the past and if there's one thing the zombie apocalypse has taught me is that there's no point looking back because that just causes pain. You have to have tough skin and not let it get to you. Besides we were all dying anyway..

P.s I'm dyslexic and this was written for my own fun so apologies for all the spelling mistakes and sentences that don't make sense.
