Boun POV

The music is blasting from the speakers. I, along with my friends, decided to give the best party to the kids of Lincoln High. But God was I wrong to make such a big mistake to have a party in my mansion.

17/18-year-olds danced and jumped in the middle of my living room for the beats the DJ was dropping. I'm so dead when Mom finds out about what I did to her precious flooring.

Few more kids played beer pong on the other side of the lounging area, for fuck's sake I hate Dylan and his stupid idea to have alcohol in a party where none of them are of legal age, except for maybe one or two. I'm so screwed if the cops show up.

"Dylan, what the hell man, this is way too many people than we expected '' I yelled through the loud music at the half-drunken mess named Dylan Boggs. He was tall and he had muscular features. His face was now red and the lights switching colors were making his blue eyes highlighted, his blonde hair was completely damp and dripped droplets of sweat.

"Oooh, yess, is that so cool Boun, " he yelled back at me with over excitement, "damn this can only mean that our party is dope and we are the coolest and popular dudes in Lincoln high, whoooo hooo," he said and went back to dancing as his maybe girlfriend Samantha dragged him back into the make-out session which was broken because of my interference.

"Cool?? My ass, if you wanted to be cool you should have had the party at your house" I mumbled.

I found my other friends, Ben Alejo and Arthur Seuss who were also involved in this crazy plan. Ben had tanned skin and curly brown hair complimenting his dark brown eyes while Arthur had green eyes, pink lips, and jet black hair.

"It's going to be 10:00 and with no doubt, the neighbors are going to start making calls to 911, and cops are gonna show up at my door, or worse my parents will come home"

"Erm, I'm sorry Boun," said Arthur "but don't worry, you paid just enough to the DJ to play till 10:00, he will stop on dot and you won't be in trouble"

"What the hell? " The short one, Ben sounded shocked "what happened to the coolest party of the year, I thought we were going to be partying all night" Ben did not seem amused by the news.

Yes, I am infamous for throwing the best parties, since I am the rich kid in Heritage Pointe. New York, that's where I live. Heritage Pointe is exactly 24 minutes away from The Empire State building. It is one of the residential areas in New York and I live in an expensive neighborhood. The cars I drive and the clothes I wear will just say nothing but Class. Thanks to my father who is a musician and my mother who is a model, they were forced to marry each other by their families in Thailand, little did they know that they were made for each other. Their choices in career were frowned upon back in the day, so after a couple of years of having me as their only child, they decided to rebel against the world and move to New York. Soon after reaching here, they saw nothing but money dropping from the skies, they were successful and rich. Which makes me the spoiled and loved prince of this big-ass mansion. They are busy and out of town most of the time, but I'm used to it because no matter how busy they are they never fail to show me love.

My parents wanted me to study in a private school so that they wouldn't worry too much to leave me alone. But me being me, the spoiled and adamant prince I insisted on studying in the local Public school where the only other kid in the neighborhood Arthur Seuss studied. Arthur wasn't as rich as I was, hell no one is as rich as I am in the whole school, but he lives in Heritage Pointe in one of those affordable houses. But no matter what, he is my first and best friend and we never leave each other's side. After joining Lincoln Primary, we found Ben Alejo and Dylan Boggs because all three had similar interests in sports. Given my money and my looks, I was also invited to the group and all four of us stayed best friends till date.

We are the coolest gang in the whole of Lincoln High, girls drool over us and everyone wants to get in our pants. No one was interested in dating anyone, except Dylan. Dylan only liked one girl from elementary school and he had tried until yesterday to impress her, but looking at the way of them eating each other's faces right now. Looks like Samantha and Dylan can finally be an official thing. About the rest of us, we never spoke about it as we had maintained our Status. But no matter how cool I am, I just can't help but feel like there is a void in my life. I may be on top of the status quo, but when all three of my friends joined the Rugby team of Lincoln High, I felt nothing but left out. Given my skinny physique, I wasn't selected to play rugby unlike my ripped friends, so I had to settle with the swimming team which had only lame kids, they weren't apt to be close to someone like me.

*Ding Dong* I heard the doorbell ring amongst all the ruckus. I went out to find Mrs. Sandler, the sweet neighbor who lives right next door who was not at all impressed by my behavior.

"I am going to call the cops if the noise doesn't stop." The blonde middle-aged chubby lady with green eyes yelled loud enough for me to hear.

"Oh come on Mrs. Sandler, this is the party of the year, you can't ruin it like this" I reasoned with her while I wiggled an eyebrow and gave her my charming smile, no matter how much I know this is going to land me in too much trouble, I can't let Mrs. Sandler ruin the party and embarrass me in front of the whole school. "I know you threw parties in your home when you were young too"

"That was a long time ago, we did not have alcohol and we would wrap everything up early, it's going to be 10:00 now and we need sleep" Mrs. Sandler argued

"You gonna do me like this Mrs. Sandler?" I wasn't going to give up easily, it's a matter of my reputation, I did not plan for this party to be like any normal one. Especially cops showing up at the door or the parents walk in and yelling 'Party is over now get out' "All those summers mowing your lawn for free, this is not fair" I sulked and Mrs. Sandler was caught off-guard, she did not expect me to play that card against her.

"Ugh, why do you have to go there? I feel guilty already" if I didn't mention before, everyone loves me, the school, the whole neighborhood, since Arthur and I were the only kids of our age, the elders found us too cute and charming and would offer to babysit us when we were young. All four of us were naughty but we even helped the neighbors, from time to time with petty chores so that we always stayed in good books among them, hoping we wouldn't get in too much trouble. "

"Okay, let's make a deal, you have a lifetime of free lawn mowing and pool cleaning, if you let us party for a while longer, how does that sound?"

"Lifetime you say?"

"Hmm hmm" I nodded while giving her a charming smile, I was ready to do anything to persuade her.

"Ugh... Fine, you have a deal, I'll use noise-canceling earphones. But mind you this is going to be the last time, and I will not tolerate it if you keep throwing parties after 10:00"

"Aww, thank you so much, Mrs. Sandler," I hugged Mrs. Sandler and shook her side to side "this is why you are my most favorite neighbor"

"Okay okay, let me go you little brat," said the plump lady as she tried to hide her red ears and loving smile, she pushed away from me and walked back to her house which was right next door.

I looked around and thank god no one saw me trying to act cute, gosh that would be so embarrassing.

"How long is he gonna play?" I asked when I found Arthur.

Right on cue, we heard the DJ say, "that's a wrap for tonight, my people, with the last dope beat, DJ Swag Dawg, signing off"

There was a lot of whining and no's heard, but then everyone started vibing to the final beat and then the music stopped. The party continued even after the DJ left, most people left as they got calls from their parents, while some people were just too high on alcohol and had passed out wherever. The rest were either playing in the pool or ping pong table. Some girls tried to make moves on me. I tried to politely ward them off by pushing their heads away using my palm. I could see people making out in all corners of my house, I just hope no one ends up having sex in the house.
