Headcannon:
It is canon that Italy is an amazing artist. So to add on to that, I would like to propose that Italy is not only good at painting and drawing, but also good at graffiti art.
Just imagine lil Italy carrying neon spray paint cans, carefully and skillfully spraying a wall, his clothes stained with bright shades. Just imagine.
