This is a work of fan fiction using characters from the popular show cook with comali 2. The description of incidents in this story is fictional and entirely unrelated to the persons after whom the characters are named. The story is only an imaginary plot with my take on ashaangi.  "Enna nadanduchu Ashwin?"

(What happened Ashwin)

"Ivalo pakathula irundha Maha ava....aanalu enta irundhu dhooram ayita madhiri iruku.Valikidhu. Avluku epdi irundhurukum? Ellam en tappu dhan. En tappu dhan." He sniveled over the phone as he perched onto the parapet of the abandoned corridor with his legs curled up to his chest and his head resting on his knees. Warm tears streamed down like a river on his cheeks. His voice expressed the deepest pain and suffering. Words were almost indistinct while he tried to gulp down his agony and fear of losing her forever.

(She stood here right in front of me....but it felt like she was gone far away beyond my reach. It hurts. How she must have felt? It's all my mistake. It's all only my mistake.)

He couldn't let go of her but how can he stop her?

Maha could sense he was emotionally shattered. One open talk could solve all the problems and end the misery. Their hearts can beat in sync like how they used to. But neither of them was even trying to get to that point.

"Nii kelambi vetuku va Ashwin. Pathukalam."

(Come back home. We will deal with it.)

He dint even hold the strength to reply to her. He just cut the call and dropped the phone next to him before his guilt pulled him down. How badly he wished that Sivaangi could be by his side right now. His realization was too late and there was no one else other than him to face the repercussions.

She was swift enough to run away from him but when she noticed that he didn't follow her up and take a last gasp to strike a conversation, her heart troubled and ached. She turned around to look if he was anywhere close to following her but all that she could see was darkness just like her past. Immediately her eyes trailed up to the faintly lit first-floor passage from where she stormed out. But she couldn't find him there as well. She at the least expected him to stand there and stare at her leave. Her vacant eyes stared back at the emptiness and wished he could run down and give her a miraculous tight hug and a simple whisper of sorry in her ears.

"Should I go back and check?" Her motherly instincts that were deep down hidden suddenly pitched in.

As quick as her instincts his words also alarmed in her ears in no time "Enaku enna pathuka teriyum Sivaangi, you don't have to be my second mom!"

(I know to take care of myself Sivaangi, you don't have to be my second mom!)

Her feet that took a step back in concern instantly made a step forward as the bitter past impelled her to do so.

"He wouldn't need me" She thought to herself and strolled quickly to her car that she had parked away from her set. She wanted to bail out her heart to someone, but she knows she can't disturb her brother who was her first resort again as he was in the shoot. Not wanting to disturb him she strenuously called the next person who she could trust and share any secrecy without being judged, while she got into the car.
