Not even in his wildest dreams, he dared to imagine what he was about to do to any woman, let alone Sivaangi for that matter.

He was soaked in guilt and dint know how to expound his state of mind. He has not even confessed his love to her and just a blur thought to make a swift escalation, that too when she was vulnerable was not very gentleman-like. He cursed himself for being attracted to her and for initiating the happenings without his control. The thought of kissing her crossed his head at the spur of the moment and he held no justification for the blunder he was to commit.

Looking at a disturbed Arjun who was sitting there gripping the steering wheel and fighting his own battle in his head, Sivaangi held his shoulder in concern.

"Arjun, I'm sorry!" she said perturbed with her chain of thoughts.

He averted his face with a scrunched eyebrows, not very sure of why she was apologizing. If someone had to apologize, it was him.

Before he could ask her anything she turned straight and continued with a troubled look on her face.

"Enaku edho ayiduchu Arjun. I'm really sorry! I feel like I'm emotionally worn out right now. Ashwin ah na inniki pathurukavey koodadhu. Indha interview na epdiyadhu avoid panirukanum. Enaku pythiyamey pidikudhu." She fisted her palms expressing her stress.

("I don't understand what has happened to me. I'm really sorry. I feel like I'm emotionally worn out right now. I should not have seen him today. I should have avoided the interview. I am just going mad right now!" She fisted her palms expressing her stress.)

"Sivaangi, Inniki enna nadanduchu?"

("Sivaangi, what happened today?")

"Enna nadakala? Edhulam nadaka kudadhu bayandheyno adhulam nadanduchu. Edhuku ipdi lam aganum? Na steps la erurapo, vizha poiteyn, apdiye edho periya hero madhiri vandhu kapathunaru....adhuku aprom enta epdi iruka nu kekuraru. Enna nenachitu andha kelvi enna pathu kekanum? Enn! ennnn andha patu avaru padanum? Na anga irundhu vandhapo avaru kannula andha ekam, edhukaga? Na dhan avaru vazhkai la onumey iliye Arjun. Aprom en?"

("Everything I was worried of happened! I don't know why all this happened. When I was climbing up the stairs, I was about to fall, he striked an entry like a hero and saved me from the fall.....WHY! Why did he sing that song? What was that yearning in his eyes when I left him in the corridor? I mean nothing in his life right Arjun? Then why?")

"Patu padinara? Enna patu?" Arjun asked her cluelessly when she narrated bits and pieces of what happened. From all the things she has told him before he knew songs play a major role in communicating their emotions indirectly to eachother.

(He sang? What was it?)

"Enna solla pogirai" She replied in the middle of her lament.

His mind began probing Ashwin's behavior through her emotional repercussions.

"Ipo kuda paru, nii enna konjam neram munadi "Ma" nu soniya?"

(Even now, did you address me as "Ma"?)
