Jack POV:
I yelled at Wyatt “What did you do?”
He smirked “Why, did she act different”
I said “YES! What did you compel her to do?”
He smiled “I told her to ask you about her fall and why you’re so strong.”
“Why are you pushing her towards finding out I’m a vampire, are you jealous?”
“Yeah I am okay Jessica was taken from me and Emma was beautiful so watch your back brother.”
I went up to my room and found an old necklace from my past filled with vervain I had to protect her from me and my brother so I put it in a little box. Then my brother went to bed while I went out in the city to Emma’s home.
Once I was there I used my vampire jump and peaked through her balcony window, she was lying in bed and I heard her crying and upset. I knocked gently on her window and she rolled over and looked at me. She walked over to the window and unlocked it with tears in her blue-gray eyes, then she said “What do you want Jack, you hurt me enough today already.”
“Emma I’m sorry about tonight, about everything and I came to make up for it.”
She whispered sadly “How?”
“Close your eyes” I said.
Emma closed her eyes “okay they’re closed?”
