recap: I said “Jack bring Brina...” then I fainted and I felt him carry me outside and into the car bridal style...
I opened my eyes and i found myself lying down in my bed. I sat up tired “Jack”
He came closer “Emma you’re alright”
I looked around the room “Where’s Brina?”
“You mean Garrett’s Sister?”
“yeah”
“She’s out cold in Wyatt’s room still”
“okay but did you find them?”
He looked at me confused “Find who?”
I sighed “Jack he had your family and Jessica, I saw them”
“Where were they?”
I thought hard “Down a long hall and there’s a room on the right”
He called Wyatt and told him, so Wyatt found the room and got them all out and safe. He drove home and brought them all inside.
Jack touched my forehead and he asked me “Are you sure you’re alright, Being bit by a vampire and having to drink my blood?”
“I drank your blood?”
“Yeah and It healed you”
“I don’t remember anything?”
He then asked “Emma where’s your necklace?”
I looked down and I got out of bed and started walking towards the corner of the room and over towards the window.
“Emma” He walked over to me..
I said “I can’t believe I lost it, I’m sorry Jack”
He touched my shoulder “Emma”
“Yes?” I answered,
“I know where it is?”
I said “Jack…” then I fainted and he caught me.
Jack POV:
I remembered where the necklace was and then she fainted, so I carried her downstairs to meet my family and I put her down. “This is Emma, I love her and I gave her your old vervaine necklace mom and she was fine, but now something’s wrong.”
My mother who was a witch said “Let me see her”
I brought Emma closer to her. She started saying some random words that sounded like a spell and Emma sat up coughing.
She said “Where am I?”
I hugged her “You’re safe at home”
Emma POV:
I sat up and said “Where am I?” Then I felt Jack hug me and say “You’re safe at home” I looked around the room where I saw Wyatt and Jessica, also their parents. I stood up and I said “Jack what happened to me?”
His mom answered “Jack you need to find the necklace that you gave her”
He said “I don’t know where it is though mom.”
“Why it’s just a necklace, right?” I thought about why they were so concerned about just a necklace.
His mom said “No, it’s a powerful necklace and now that you have been wearing it that long Emma, you’re weak without it on.”
Jack looked at me “Emma do you remember the last time you had it?”
“No”
Wyatt asked “Wasn’t she wearing it when Garrett took her?”
Jessica said “When Garrett and her walked in the room she wasn’t wearing it.”
“Garrett must have it then still” I was so mad now that I knew he was the reason why I’m this weak and that he’s the cause of it all.
His dad said “Can’t she be compelled now?”
Jack looked at me “I’ll do it, you ready Emma?”
I nodded and he compelled me and asked “Emma what happened when you were taken?”
I said “Garrett told me about vampires, he turned Kellie, he showed me where your family was hostage, he tried to turn me and he killed his sister.”
Jessica sighed “It’s definitely with Garrett then”
Wyatt said “okay so me, Jessica and Jack will go get the necklace while you stay here and rest Emma”
I begged them “No, let me come with”
Jack held my hands “Emma it’s too dangerous, we don’t know how much power the necklace took from you.”
I whined a little “But Jack…”
He interrupted me “I love you Emma.”
I smiled “I love you too.”
Just then Brina came down the stairs and she looked terrible and weak. Wyatt ran vampire speed over to her and he put his arm around her waist and helped her “Brina, are you okay?”
She said “Yeah but my head hurts, and I feel terrible.”
Wyatt looked at her “Brina, you’re in transition.”
She looked scared when he said that “What does that mean exactly for me?”
He said “You need to drink human blood or you’ll die.”
“Oh…” she looked down at the ground, her face was pale,
I walked over to Brina and Wyatt “Brina do you want some of my blood?”
She looked at me shocked but she said “Yeah, do you mind Emma?”
I shook my head then Wyatt was about to bite into my arm when Jack came in “No, Wyatt I’m doing it!”
Jack looked at me with sad eyes, I nodded at him to continue then I saw his eyes go red and the veins appeared and I felt his fangs pierce my skin. I gave Brina my arm and she bit into it and I felt myself going unconscious with black dots filling my vision, then she stopped and Jack gave me some of his blood to heal me. Jack kissed my cheek then left with Jessica and Wyatt and they were all off to Garrett’s. His mom and dad went to sleep; while Brina stayed with me but I was going to help some way or another.
