Chapter 21 - I love you!

I didn't know what to say.

Jin hyung stared at me and said, "You know if you need to talk about something with someone, I am here. "

I nodded and continued sipping my tea. I walked to the balcony, and he followed and stood next to me. We stood there drinking tea in silence. 

After a while, I said quietly, "My parents want me to get married. They said someone had asked for my hand in marriage." I looked at Jin hyung who looked shocked at my words. 

I sighed and said, "And that is not all. The person who wanted my hand loves me apparently, and the funny thing is that not once in all the years that we have known each other, has he confessed to me. I still can't believe that he has feelings for me."

I scoffed at that thought. Jin hyung quietly asked me, "Who is it? Is he here for the wedding?"

I nodded, "He is, it's Hrithik. My parents have told me to think about it and let them know."

Hyung turned to me and asked, "Neha I know that you are in a relationship with Jungkook, but I want to ask, do you also like Hrithik?"

I looked at him shocked and said, "No, I don't like Hrithik. I have always thought of him as my elder brother, and I love Jungkook. I just don't know how to tell my parents that I am in a relationship with someone I love so much and that I don't want to get married now. "

Jin hyung gently pulled me into a brotherly hug and said, "First things first, talk to Jungkook. Tell him what happened. Then talk to Hrithik and also let your parents know how you feel. Talk to them about your relationship with Jungkook. But don't rush it all, take your time, process it, and do it whenever you are ready."

I nodded and pulled away from Jin Hyung's embrace. I said with a small grateful smile, "Thank you so much hyung. I feel so much better after telling you about it." 

He returned my smile and said, "Don't worry my little sister, I will always have your back. Now go to your room and sleep nicely. I want my sleep as well. I need to look as good as the bride!"

I laughed at that and left the room.

As I was walking, I noticed a dark silhouette outside my room. I moved closer and found Jungkook sitting there with his head on his knees. I crouched down and stared at him. He had a cute pout on his face, and a smile slowly crept up on my face. I slowly dragged my fingers through his soft and silky brown hair. 

I whispered, "Jungkook, wake up."

He slowly woke up and said, "Why did you take so long? I have been waiting for the past one hour!" 

I looked at him with a small smile and said, "I was talking to Jin hyung about something. Now come inside or go sleep in your room. We can talk tomorrow. "

He shook his head and said, "I am coming inside. "

I nodded, and opened the door, and walked in with Jungkook at my heels.

I quickly used the bathroom and came out to see Jungkook on his phone, while sitting on the bed. I went and sat next to him and asked, "What are you doing?"

He looked at me and said, "I was reading some emails. Nothing important. "

I nodded and looked at my hands. He sighed and gently hooked his fingers underneath my chin and looked into my eyes. He slowly came closer, kissed me with love.
