Chapter 6 - A Magical Concert

Home. A beautiful word with a beautiful meaning. There in that tight embrace in front of everyone, I felt like I was finally home. I didn't realize how much I had started loving him, and this feeling hit me hard.

After what felt like eternity, I heard Leena akka clear her throat. Immediately, me and Jungkook were brought out of our trance. We parted from each other, and turned around to find the members and Leena akka looking at us with a shocked expression on their face. The members' expressions however, turned into a teasing smirk. Instantly, I felt my face heating up. I felt so embarrassed!

Leena akka asked, "How do you guys know each other? And since when?"

Jungkook and I looked at each other, not knowing where to start. I then said with a sigh, "Well we met a year back in the airport ..."

After we narrated how we gradually become really close, the members and Leena Akka just stared at us for a few minutes not saying anything.

Leena Akka finally spoke with a hurt expression, "Why didn't you tell me?"

"Akka... If I had known that you knew them, I would have definitely told you, but I didn't know so I couldn't compromise. I am sorry," I replied.

"Ok Ok. I get it. Also, we all know how private Jungkook is."

J-Hope then spoke, "We understand how Leena didn't get to know, but you Jeon Jungkook, how dare you not tell us about you friend! Jimin and Taehyung, did you guys know?"

V or should I say Taehyung replied with a frown on his face, " Even me and Jimin didn't know Hobi Hyung (J-Hope) . Jungkook - ah, is she the person you are always texting and talking to?"

Jungkook nodded guiltily, "I am sorry for not telling you guys. And yeah she is the one I have been talking to."

RM turned towards me and said warmly, "Well Neha, welcome. I know you already know us based on what Leena said, but we would all like to introduce ourselves to you in a personal way."

I smiled and nodded back at him.

RM started, and said, "Hello, my name is Kim Namjoon, you can call me Namjoon hyung!"

Jin went next and said, "I am Kim Seokjin, you can call me Jin hyung!"

Suga: "I am Min Yoongi, you can call me Yoongi hyung!"

J-Hope: "I am Jung Hoseok, you can call me Hobi hyung!"

Jimin: "I am Park Jimin, you can call Jimin hyung!"

V: "I am Kim Taehyung, you can call me ..."

I interrupted him and said. "Sorry, I can't call you whatever you want me to call you. I already have a name ready for my akka's fiance, so I am going to call you Athimber!"

Teahyung looked at me then Leena Akka, who had a happy smile on her face, and then looked back at me and asked, "What does that mean?"

I smiled and said, "It means husband of the older sister in Tamil. Since I and Leena Akka are Tamilians, I will call you the proper name. So Athimber, how did you and Akka meet?" I looked at him and Leena Akka teasingly and asked. Both of them immediately blushed and looked at each other lovingly.

Leena Akka then said, "Well remember when I went to Seoul a few years ago for six months for an important project? " I nodded, and she continued, "Well, a week after I reached there, I was walking back to the apartment I was renting and came upon a convenience store. I got a pack of instant noodles and as I was about to pay with a card, the shopkeeper said that I needed to pay with cash. I didn't have any cash, and that is when Tae came in with his own things and paid for mine as well. He was wearing a hat and a mask, so I didn't know who he was. Then he asked me to sit and eat with him. He removed his mask and introduced himself and I was really shocked. After that we became good friends, and after 3 months of being friends, we became a couple."

I smiled looking at the love in their eyes for each other, and said, "That sounds amazing. Now, don't you guys have to get ready for a concert?"

Jungkook replied, " Yeah, it's already 3:30 pm. We are going to do a final rehearsal now. Neh do you want to watch?"

"Can I?"

Namjoon hyung replied, "Of course. Both of you can."

"OMG thank you so much!?!!?! My inner fan girl is freaking out right now!"

All of them look at each other and chuckle at my outburst. Jungkook then comes towards me and puts his arm on my shoulders and says, " Well let's go then!"

...

You know sometimes things in front of you just don't make sense. They seem magical and seem like something that is not real. It takes a pinch to really believe that it is not a dream. That's how I felt watching BTS rehearse. I couldn't believe it. I had always wanted to watch them at least once, and my dream was finally coming true!

As I watched, every performance was eye catching and everything was absolutely beautiful, and it was just the rehearsal! Their hard work was shown on how much they prepared .  After more than 2 hours of rehearsal, they finally came back stage. I couldn't help but admire their attitude towards the concert.

They tiredly sat down on the couch, and looked at me and Leena akka. After a few minutes, Jungkook walked and stood close to me and asked, " So Neh how was your first BTS rehearsal?"

" OMG!!! You guys are amazing! I can't wait for    the actual concert!"

" I am glad that you liked it!"

His dark eyes then stared deeply into your eyes. There standing so close,  I could see a sea of emotions in his eyes, but there was something different today. Something different than every time that I had stared into those eyes. Suddenly a loud sound broke us out of our trance. When we looked at the source of the noise, we couldn't help bursting into laughter.

Namjoon hyung looked at us sheepishly and said, "Sorry, the sunglasses seem to be very fragile. Like I didn't even do anything and it just broke."

We couldn't help but burst into laughter again at his comment. When we finally calmed down, I said, " I know we were supposed to go to  dinner at a restaurant after the concert, but I was thinking what if I mad some light South Indian food for you guys. I am sure you guys must be tired, so we can go straight to my apartment after. It's just a suggestion, and if you guys still want to go to a restaurant, I have no problem with it."

Jin hyung immediately replied, " I don't mind going to your apartment as long as it won't be too much trouble for you,"

"Oh it will be no trouble at all. If you guys want 3 of you could come with me in akka's car, and the rest can come  in their vans?"

Jungkook said, " That's a great idea! Maybe me, Yoongi hyung, and Jin hyung can come with you."

We all agreed, and they continued to get ready for their concert. As they left for a few interviews, one if the staff guided me and akka to the front row seats. We sat there waiting for the concert to begin.

I couldn't believe it! I had just finish watching BTS live in a concert. It was the most magical thing that I had experienced, and I truly loved it.

As the staff led me and akka back stage, I couldn't contain my excitement. As soon as I spotted Jungkook, I ran and threw my arms around his neck wrapping him in a tight hug. He stood there for a minute shocked by my action, and just as I started to pull away, he pulled me back into the hug.

I whispered in his ear, " You were mesmerizing! You looked so good on stage! I couldn't believe my eyes!"

He whispered back, " Thank you Neh, for being here today. You don't know how much more special it became to me to have you here."

He pulled back just enough to stare into my eyes. Those dark brown pools pulled me in and nothing could tear my attention from them. Even being in a room filled with people didn't distract us. At that moment, it felt like were the only two people in the room.
