Carl had entered the land of "The Labyrinth", maybe this could be a place to take all of his stress. They'd wake up and get greeted by a rusted lift that had been moving upwards in a very quick pace.
He rubbed his eyes as their vision seemed more blurry than normal, no difference occurred. Carl started rapidly and roughly rubbing against their eyes, but their vision wouldn't make a little change. Carl sighed as they gave up, refusing to try again as the blurry vision kept as is. They sat down back on the old lift, hoping they would get to the place they're supposed to be at soon.
The lift made a abrupt stop, followed by a few creaking noises upon it stopping. Carl got up, jumping out of the lift and went onto the grass, the rusty lift would start speeding down again, soon going out of his sight.
He still looked back at the hole that the lift goes up and down in, despite not being able to see it anymore. Carl opened up his backpack, pulling out a pickaxe and looking down just in case if there was something in front of them, since their blurry vision was making it hard to see.
"hhh.." Carl whispered to himself, he didn't want to go through a spooky experience the whole time they decided to be here.
Their blurry vision had yet to clear up, still seeming to get him upset about it. He walked over to the area where the ores were, placing their hand on one of the rocks with iron on it and swinging his pickaxe at the iron covered rock.
As the pieces would slowly fall off the rock and onto the ground, the rock would also start to collapse with every strong swing Carl made with his pickaxe, the rock would finally break, making all of the remaining iron on the rock fall onto the ground as well. Carl picked up the iron pieces and put them back in their backpack.
A person with a big grey backpack would approach Carl, tapping their shoulder. Carl would turn over to see the person, they seemed to have very sharp and tilted looking blonde hair, and they looked like they were a professional when it came to doing things here.
"You know where to go?" The person said.
Carl looked back at the ores, then back at the guy. They took a moment before stepping away to think on what to say.
"No thanks, I'm good!" Carl said, before walking off as they saw a huge gate in the distance, which caught their attention.
He jumped onto a few mushrooms to boost their speed to get to the gate, before realizing that already got him there in about 5 seconds.
Carl looked at the gate, then looked at what was ahead, that being the "Darkzone". He walked over to it to realize how big it was, and then started to look around quickly after. They didn't seem to find a small area that seemed fine by him, so he went ahead into one of the ways into the maze that was connected to the Darkzone.
He looked around at the maze, trying to find a calmer area, but then found a area that seemed like a lost forest inside the maze. They went into this forest area, looking at the fog as it looked like it was covering the rest of the forest. Carl went over to one of the ores, that being a rock with sapphire scattered on it. He used the pickaxe to grab one of the sapphire chunks, then stared at the sapphire chunk as it would make a slightly bright shine effect.
Carl then starting swinging their pickaxe at the rock with sapphire chunks, once again doing it slowly but surely, he collected all the sapphire chunks, only to see a big spider looking creature in the distance, he was unsure if he should be concerned about it.
The creature started approaching them, making Carl quickly jump onto one of the platforms that can bring him onto higher ground, and went back to the maze part where he can save all of his stuff.
"Phew.." Carl sighed in relief.
Carl went ahead and ran back to spawn, as it had still been daytime, He looked back at the gate that had still not been too far off, this is actually one of the times where he kind of felt bored. Carl left the experience and went to his messages with them and Bailey.
"Hey, I'm uh..bored." Carl said in the message.
"Now..to wait." He muttered, really hoping Bailey wasn't just afk or going to go offline as soon as Carl had the chance to message him.
