y/n's pov:

I have always had a certain hatred towards this one slytherin. His the fire in my brain and the cuts on my palms.

He will keep going until he sees tears and we not stop until he is satisfied. He makes me ill. Everytime i pass him I get hurt. I cant avoid him because something always brings me back.

As I walk with my best friend Daphne Greengrass, I see Mattheo in the hallways writing in a journal type book. As soon as he notices my presents he stands up quickly and shuts his book.

Daphne goes over to him and tries to charm him with her ways. as the two talk, i make eye contact with Mattheo, roll my eyes and slowly start to back away from them. He starts to laugh " your so weak y/l/n. cant even face me".

my knuckles start to clench and i feel blood dripping down my palm from my nails digging into my skin. right on cue, Draco Malfoy and his goons come and back him up. they shout insults and they don't stop. they all hurt, but the hardest comment was,
" you shouldn't even be on this earth. just leave"

i feel my heart start to ache. even though i hate him, it was too much.
"your wish is my command" i say whilst heading up the astronomy tower.

mattheos pov:
i just said something i shouldn't have.
"your wish is my command"
she says whilst running up the stairs of the astronomy tower. I couldn't process what was going on until Daphne slapped me across the face.
" you dumbass! your pathetic, do you know what she's gonna do up there?! it's a long drop so take a guess" she says whilst running up the stairs to the astronomy tower.

i start to panic and order the boys to stand at the bottom of the astronomy tower with their wands out just incase.

i sprint up the stairs. as i make it to the top i see y/n on the railings and daphne trying to convince her to get down. i run over and grab her.

she looks at me confused and pushes out of my grasp. she takes daphne's hand and apparates out of there.

y/ns pov

as i find myself in my dorm with daphne, i rethink the events. i turn around and daphne hugs me. " don't ever do that again you moron".

i laugh and let go of her. i'm still confused on why riddle grabbed me and well how to be honest. i was on the furthest railing so i'm sure that's not how that was supposed to be.

I hear a knock and i open the door, mattheo comes in and hugs me.
"what happened to hi? or hello? even a darn g'day."
i say in a not so serious tone.

"i'm glad your ok y/n"
he says whilst letting go.

" thanks for saving me i guess i mean you are the reason i almost died though"
i say with sarcasm even though it was darn true.

"i'm sorry about everything"
Mattheo said whilst leaving my dorm.

"wow he said sorry"
daphne says while jumping on my back.

"yep... probably shouldn't get use to it."
