There had been a murder last night from an animal attack which Jackson and Lydia were at the seem of the accident. Later Derek was trying to teach Scott how to control his shift and not expose himself to the world of hunters and humans.

"Yeah" "you ever wanna learn a little something about your family- look it up." she tells her niece "you're gonna make me work for it-" kate cut her off finishing the sentence "some mysterious- Are worth the effort." her aunt informs her.

Derek: wanna maybe ditch school and come hang with me for your birthday

Athena: how you know it was my birthday- actually I'm not even going to question it but yeah let me grab my stuff from my locker and ill be ready

Allison and Athena opened their lockers it was all dazzled with balloons and party locker stuff which they quickly tried to hide the fact that they weren't wanting the whole school to know it was their birthday. After a Lil drive they pulled up to a house that held so many happy and sad memories; she could tell by the look on his face she grabbed his hand and gave it 3 tight squeezes. 1. I. 2. As they walked inside the house they laid on the ground in peace with Derek laying down with Athena laying on him with his arms wrapped around her. A couple of hours later she was still laying on him enjoying his company. Athena checks her phone and realizes she is late for the parent-teacher confrence. "Shit, I'm late, fuck. Do you have a hoodie I can borrow?" Athena asks Derek needing to have something to cover up the marks he left on her neck. "Yeah here" Derek hands her an oversized hoodie that smelt like him. She quickly threw on her clothes and took off running instead of getting a ride from Derek due to the fact her parents can't see her with them.

After she left kate came in and started torturing Derek with electricity volts. While Chris and victoria the girl's parents were having a talk the teachers basically exposed them for skipping school so they were totally busted by their parents. Scott and Allison pulled up at the same time as she got there so she hurriedly went over to blend in. their father was furious. "Allison, Athena get in the car now!" their father spoke in an angry tone. Then a wild animal ran out while people scattered all around scared. Scott pushed Allison out of the way while the twin's father shot the animal thinking it was the alpha they were hunting.
