[Bright POV]
"Because not like another sibling my son and June sons are good in relation. My elder son Bright is going to engage with Win, so he might be a little sad" Wait! What? How did they come to my engagement from Hin?
I try to speak up but Uncle June sign me not to. When I look at Win even if I can't see his face but observe from his posture, he doesn't look like he cares. I look down at Hin who still stay in my embrace, he gives me a giving smile. Off, that giraffe has now smiled stupidity. Turtle also give me a dangerous smirk. What the heck? Do they plan this or is it just a cover in front of Mr Foei?
"Oh, but it doesn't seem like there is not a relation between Bright engage with New, isn't it?" Mr Foei looks puzzled.
"Of course, it related. Bright is my elder son and New is my younger son. So we want to end things for Bright first. Also, you don't need to worry about New because his engagement is already decided, we just wait for the decided date" Dad replies with a very dangerously calm voice. I know this tone. If he speaks in this tone then there will be a slap or kick.
"So, what I want to ask is who is going to be the New partner" this old man didn't stop, isn't he? Should we give him some kick or punch? I really hate his guts.
"Oh, after Bright engage is finished, New is going to engage with....'
" Tay!" Off interrupted Uncle June which shock everyone. This Giraffe! What happens to him? We all know he loves Hin since forever but why does he want Hin to be with Tay? Is he not love Hin anymore?
He looks back when everyone looks at him and said," What?" He looks confused. Seriously, Off! Hin and he look at each other sometimes, he smiles but Hin looks down and hugs me even tighter and begin to cry again. I know he loves Off but why is he crying or does he wants Off to be with him? Ah! This is crazy.
"I think it's clear. It's getting dark. Can you leave us alone so we can discuss the engagement party? Don't worry, Mr Foei we will invite you"
"I will like to... Then I'll be heading back" after saying, Mr Foei get up and left with a disappointed look.
Then Hin let go from my embrace with an idiotic smile and go to Krist. But I don't think I'll safe. I took a deep sigh and asked,
"Dad, Mama! What is happening?" I inquired when Mr Foei went out of the gate. I am not able to catch what are they talking about but it doesn't look good.
"Don't you understand at all?... You are going to engage with Win" Krist says with a smirk. This turtle!
"But Dad!..." I try to protest but I need to digest my word when I saw Win turn around to reveal his face. I stunned when I saw his face. Ah! Is it fate or coincidence?
"What? You don't want the engagement? Should we call off..."
"No, don't! I like, I like ..."
"What do you like?"
"Engagement and I like him too"
"What?!"
"No! No! That's not what I mean...I mean I ... I..."
I am struggling to find an appropriate answer but the room has already filled with their laugh. I scratching my unaching neck and try to answer but they tease me again.
"P'Bright, are you shy?" This turtles!
"What? No, I'm not" I almost shouted. This is so embarrassing.
"Then are you okay with this? Are you willing?" Dad still asked me with a serious face which give me a little nervous.
"Yes, Dad I'm okay...I'm willing" I responded with little nervousness.
"No, don't! I like, I like ..." Krist said with a teasing form.
"What do you like?" Hin does the same.
"Engagement and I like him too," they said together and grinned teasingly.
"Hin! Turtle!"
"Polar bear, I don't think we are safe now"
"Turtle, let run. Run! Ahhh"
"Don't run, stop! You two, stop there!" I run after the two troublemakers who runs toward the gate, shouting like an idiot.
"Win, bye we are leaving"
"Papa, Mama, we will head first"
"Don't you want to join them, Off?" I heard Mama question.
[Third person POV]
After the kids left, leaving the adults and Win in the living room.
"They are like kindergarten kids," Piglet says which cause a laugh.
"Kindergarten? No, no way. They are like the animals which free from the cage after a long time" June said which earn another laugh from others.
At this moment, Victor, Tay's stepfather and Win's father back from his work which suprise Thada
"Oh, we have a guest. So can you share with me what is so funny that your laugh was heard across the street?" Victor said with a smile.
"It's been a long, Mr Victor. How are you" Thada said as he extends his hand.
"I'm doing good, Tha. It's good to see you again" Victor nervously accept the hand with a nervous smile. Thada pulls the accepted hand owner into a hug which shocks the owner as well as the others who are in the living room with their mouth wide open.
"I've missed you so much" Thada whisper in Victor's ears.
The latter also whispers back as he returned the hug," I miss you too, very much"
It doesn't seem like the two hugger wants to let go of each other at any moment like there is no one with them. June clear his throat twice but the two don't seem like they hearing. At last, June stand up, walk toward them and poke the two shoulders and said, "How long are you two planning to hug ?"
The latter let go of their hug and smile awakeningly.
"If you decided to take my offer then this is my card," Thada said after catching up for a while.
"Tha, you don't need to do this. I still have my job... Anyway, why are you here?" Victor said but accept the card.
"Ah! Almost forget about it. We are here for a marriage proposal" Sandee voice out.
"Marriage proposal?" Victor confusedly looks at Piglet.
{Somewhere in the city}
"Boss, we are here" report by the newcomers.
"Ah! I'm tired, what took you so long, huh?" Boss said with fire.
"We are sorry, the traf..."
"Fine. I have a task for you. I need you guys to kill someone and bring someone" the boss interrupted.
"Just point the person, boss"
The Boss took out some photos and said as he point, "Look here, I want this to bring and this to kill, okay?"
"Is it okay if we...."
"You can do whatever you want but don't you dare to touch this. Clear?"
"Clear"
