Seeing everything and the elder affection towards Tay, Off feel uneasy. He gets up and walks toward the door which Singto follow.
"Tay! Let's go" Bright said as he drag the latter to follow the two.
"Where are we going?" Tay said confusingly. Just a confusing day.
"Just come" and they left.
"Where are they going?" after some time of silence Victor voice out as he is a caring father.
As much as he wants his sons to go out and enjoy their time, they can't. He couldn't even free his elder son from that tyrant because he was poor. How can he when he can't even afford his daily expenses? He also wants to put their sons in beautiful clothes, give them expensive and tasty food, celebrate their birthday with cake-like other kids in their classes but he can't, he can't even give them a single toy which makes them cry with desire. He wants to bring them out to the theme park to enjoy their childhood. But he can't do anything but cry when 5yrs old Tay asked, 'What did I do wrong that they hate me so much?'
He knows Bright, Singto, Off are Tay's best friends but don't want him to hang out with them. Afraid if they will look down on him for his poorness, afraid for their rich behaviours will hurt his feelings. After all, he is poor that he doesn't have the money to buy a chew-gum for his own. He loves his wife, his two sons. He loves Tay even if he made his life a living hell.
"They are all young. How can they end their youth without enjoying?" Thada said without taking his eyes from Victor.
The latter look everywhere but Thada as he doesn't want to catch the gaze of Thada. Afraid something will happen again. The scary incident that he never want to remember. Suddenly, New stand up and pull Win and Krist up. And said excitedly,
"Let's go"
The two look at each other and said confusingly," where?"
"Aww! Where did your ears go? Don't you just hear what Papa say?" New said and pout.
"Ohhh! Shopping?" Krist responses.
"What? Didn't we already plan to? Win let's go" New said as he pout evermore.
Hearing that Win become nervous, his ears become red as he starts panicking. Such questions are difficult for him as he wouldn't be able to buy what he likes. He thought it will be embarrassing if he doesn't bring any money.
"I don't think I can..."
"You must go, Win. Those monkeys will be there for sure. We don't need to worry about paying" Krist said with a proud smile.
"You are going to engage with my brother and will become our brother, so let's go. P'Bright will be there for sure so he will pay for you, don't worry" New said confidently. Hearing 'engage Win feels pain in his heart but quickly hide his sadness under his charming smile. And declined the other two offers.
After arguing for some time, the three enter a cafe located in the mall. They sat on an empty table. They were interrupted by other fours men. One of them tap New's shoulder slowly and when the younger turn to look, the person drags him away from the other same goes for Krist. Win space out because of his engagement so doesn't notice the others being a drag.
"Let's go of me... What are you doing? Ahhh!" Krist slung the hand and try to walk away but stop when the other person start to speak.
"I'm sorry. You are avoiding me from the morning, so I have no other choice. Why don't you reply to my text?" The person grab Krist hand to stop him from going away and said.
