The notice is at the end of the story.
Hinata's POV
Iwaizumi said that I had to wear a suit and tie to match the proper dress code. He also said that because all the servants wear the same uniform, each servant had a different pin on their suit to classify their status.
Iwaizumi showed me his badge as the crown prince's advisor, which had a scroll with an ink pen on top of it.
"Wow! That's super cool Iwaizumi! Is it made out of real gold? It looks super shiny!" I exclaimed.
"It is in fact made out of real gold. Because the land that Aoba Johsai Kingdom is built on has a lot of precious metals, we are usually rich in gold and other expensive minerals."
"Wow! That's so cool! I think Karasuno had a lot of silk so the clothing was always super soft but we never had that much gold!" I exclaimed. All the servants at the palace had really expensive and comfortable clothes because Kageyama insisted on it.
Speaking of servants, they were the only ones who knew who I was. Kageyama hadn't announced that I would be his queen.
Everybody didn't even know about my existence besides the servants that worked at the palace. And they had sworn secrecy. Unless they broke the oath. But the servants were always really nice and looked trustworthy! There was no way they would ever do that! Ever!
But what if they did? Then what? Would I be able to forgive them? What if they were threatened to do it? Then they would have no choice but to do it. But what if they were doing it out of their own greed?
"HINATA!" Iwaizumi said, his hand waving in front of my face. "What are you so troubled about?" he asked.
I sighed. "Nothing."
"Look, although I haven't known you for a long time and we met under unfortunate circumstances, I know there's something troubling you. You can talk to me," Iwaizumi said.
"I-, thank you Iwaizumi! It's just that uh before you guys umm kidnapped me, only Kageyama and the servants knew about my existence. I just thought maybe one of the servants were. . . unloyal to Kageyama so they sold me in? I'm really sorry for troubling you with my problems like that Iwaizumi," I said.
"It's fine. Although I don't know what Oikawa is doing in his free time, I never expected him to just one day kidnap some random kid off the streets. But I do know something about the traitor among your servants. They're closer than you think. Alright, I think that's enough for today, you're dismissed," Iwaizumi said.
I was confused. They were closer than I thought? What did that mean?
??? Pov
"Stop it, it's gone too far," I said.
"What do you mean, ???, after all, you're the one that turned him in, not me," Oikawa answered.
That bastard. "Look, stop playing around with him. Making him your personal servant? That's not like you," I said.
"How do you know it's not like me? You've only talked to me once or twice since we made the deal," Oikawa said.
"I mean, you're literally the infamous King Oikawa from Aoba Johsai, who wouldn't know you?" I stated.
"I mean I'd rather be infamous than outfamous but thank you for the compliment!" Oikawa responded.
I sighed.
"Look, just stop playing around. In the end, you won't be able to keep him anyways. You get what you want, I get my freedom. The end."
"How naive of you, ???. Do you really think that I'll let go of such a precious jewel?" Oikawa asked.
"But-"
"But what? Remember, you're the one who decided to betray him. Decide which side you're on. If you keep switching sides and hesitating in the middle, you'll get torn to shreds. Don't let my looks deceive you. I may be giving off the aura of a naive prince but I along with Kageyama will not hesitate to rip you into shreds." Oikawa said.
I shivered.
"Anyways, don't bother me anymore, I have a lot more important things to do than just talk to noble wannabes like you," Oikawa waved his hand and walked away.
This bastard.
Oikawa's POV
Ughh, that goddamn bastard ???. Talking with him drains my energy more than Iwa san's nagging. Which should be impossible, but it wasn't. Honestly, he was like me. Hoping to accomplish something useless.
But what could I say about them? It's not like it's their fault fate was like that. I guess some people just got the good end of the stick.
But perhaps, maybe for me, I could accomplish it. fuck whatever fate says. I don't care. I will achieve my goals no matter the cost. And if the cost has to be my life, so what?
Sorry, the ending was kind of rushed but here's the notice.
haha uhmm im not gonna vent in my story to all my poor readers out there uhmm so yeah i deleted it yay
