Chapter 4 : Them

There kamal reached home and found pakhi gossiping with her mom , kamal became surprised and he asked

"How're you beta ? And when did you came ? You didn't informed us."

"It was your daughter's plan dad , she wanted to give you surprise and tbh I didn't want to come ." She made a pissed off face

Kamal didn't said anything but glared at her mom , she raised her hands that she could not change her behaviour.

"Ok , where is my warrior ?" He asked with alot of happiness and excitement in his voice

"She is upstairs" her mom said

Kamal smiled at her and quickly went upstairs to meet his warrior princess as he have not seen her for months , he wanted to hear her non ending gossips and her sweet smile .

When he reached there he saw 'Abhimanyu' with her , they were gossiping and laughing together as if they knew each other from years after seeing them like this kamal engrossed in his thoughts though sai sensed his presence and she came outside ,

"Aabaa............" She squealed and hugged him tightly

"Arey..." he came back to sense

Sai was shaking him with her ton of exhilaration , she was so happy to met him after spending years in Canada nobody knows how much she missed him .

"God....how much I missed this" Sai said

Then she leaved him and took ashirvaad (blessing) from him , he praised her and placed his hand on her head

"Years have passed but you're not changed ."

"But you have changed." She said with amusement

"Am I ?" He asked curiously

"Yess..You're looking more handsome now " She chuckled

"Seriously ! You will never change ......." kamal muffled her cheeks to see she's still his little girl

Abhimanyu was seeing their bonding and wondering about it that even after living apart from each other they were not awkward but looking more close .

"Hey abhi , why are you standing there boy ?" He asked and called him near them

He came and looked at sai ,

"Sai , he is abhi..." further he could tell her about him she cutt him off and said ,

"Abhimanyu deshmukh , right ? Your bestfriend's son and now my new friend. " She smiled towards him

Abhimanyu smiled towards her and said ,

"Kaka , she is just like you..intelligent , talkative and perfect !" He said

"Stop praising me abhimanyu nobody could ever match match my aaba ." She spoke directly and he agreed

Kamal gestured him to ignore her rudeness as when it comes to him she speaks directly without knowing that it could hurt or hit someone's feelings .

"It's ok kaka , she is right ..every daughter should've to be like her" He said

Sai glared at him and didn't say a word though kamal patted his back and said ,

"You're so understanding beta , your father must be proud of you." He said and walked away

Sai stood there

"Don't you dare to sugarcoat my father , it won't work ." She said sarcastically and walked away while going downstairs sai told him to come downstairs as her father wants to talk with him ,
