Virat put his attention back to driving , they were having a great time together as they were laughing , teasing and founding themselves mostly staring at each other , virat stopped the car when they were finally reached stepping out from the car sai looked around the place surrounded greenery everything was so peaceful and calming , dark sky covering itself by moon and the stars added essence in the beauty of that place .
They were alone with their silences trying to convey what they really want , Sai looked at the soothing lake and told him
"This is where I always wanted to be .." There was a relaxation in her voice
Virat felt nice to see her in a good mood it's not like she always stay in bad but she was truely seeming relaxed , they were walking around and having random talks as both of them enjoy each other's company ..having different personalities can bring so much fun along with some issues in relation though both of them don't know what relation they shares ? It's quite tough to give it a name in current state but they might proceed further if sai would think about it..their hands touched several times while they were stepping ahead , Sai realised but virat didn't as he was engrossed in his talks so she was.
"So sai , what are your dreams ?"
In the past twenty-one years of her life , this was the first time when a guy asked about her dreams rather than asking about the thought of relationships and marraige ..She liked him here
"I wanted to handle my aaba's office after him as I'd interest in business so what he used to think about me when he sent me to Canada for pursuing degree ." She told , her eyes unknowingly welled up when she remebered him .
"I'm sorry .." He apologized
"Ya , you should be.." Sai sniffed
At that moment he wanted to take her close as she was numb , remembering her father made her eyes wet but all he could do is make her understand how much he feels guilty whenever she cries and he's the reason ..it makes his heart ache as he can relate to her pain , She lost her father but he lost his whole family ! He would never say that his pain is greater in comparison to sai's but he suffered alot and stood strong too and it is what life is ..you can't hold anything for longer so what he wants from sai to move on and pursue her dreams .
"I'm your culprit sai and you have all the reasons to hate me but give me a chance to correct my mistake ..would you ?" He thought he expected more , forgiveness is too much for his mistake
Sai didn't look at him , he understood that she is not ready yet to give him chance or forgive him and he respected that ..they walked a little more further , Sai was silent for a long time now so she broke her silence and asked about him
"What about you ? " she made an eye contact
"I have no dreams left as I achieved what I wished for .." He said with a satisfying tone
"You wanted to share something about this place to me .." She added
(Virat looks at her and his lips curved in a sad smile )
"This place has so many memories of my family sai , we used to visit this place every weekend ..those days are unforgettable , they were the reason why I haven't visited this place after them but you filled the emptiness inside me that brought me here today." Virat looked down
"But I didn't do anything. " Sai replied as she was confused
"Unknowingly you brought me back to life.." He came near her but keep himself at a distance as he won't make her think that he's getting closer even when he promised not to .
She looked at him with a smile erected on her lips , she kept her hand on virat's ..
"I trust you.." She whispered
"I'm glad that you do." He held her hand for the first time she was not uncomfortable at all
"I love you sai. " He said by leaning his head on her shoulder , she flinched but didn't refuse him .
Virat squeezed her hands , she didn't want to get her hands out from his grip as she felt an incredible comfort after so long , She wanted to yell at herself for drowning into him ..why was it so hard to keep herself in control ? She don't want to melt over him but why was it taking so effort to refuse his closure ? She thought and a tear left from her eye .
Virat suddenly woke up when he realized something , Sai wiped her tears off and asked
"What happened ?"
"I forgot something.." He said and told her to wait for him , Sai noded and he left
"Sai...focus , focus , focus..You don't have to do this all !" She said to herself and stood up but then ,
"But he might feel bad.." She sat again
There , virat dialed Samrat's number and he picked up his call
"Kya yaar shiva..khud apni bandi ke saath romance kr rha hoga aur yha mujhe interuppt kr rha hain !" Samrat cursed him as he was busy with his new gf shanaya (virat's ex secretary)
"Romance ? Bhai idhar woh agar do sweet words bhi bol de na toh main mar jaau." Virat 🥺❤
"Yaar..don't feel sad , she will surely love you just keep some patience ..You are trying hard to make her realise that right ?" Samrat told as he cares for his younger brother
"I don't want to pressurize her in any way , I will wait for her .." Virat said as he wanted to win sai's love rather than forcing her to accept his , samrat agreed and asked
"Why did you call me , anything important ?" Samrat asked
"Give me details of arrangement ?" Virat asked with his ton of excitement
"Arrangement ? 'bout what ?" Samrat pulled his leg
"Wtf ..don't tell me that you forget to arrange it !" Virat yelled
"Ofcourse I don't shiva , how could I ? It's a special day for you both..I was just pulling your leg" samray giggled
"Hm..that's better ! Tell me the location" virat asked and samrat told him , he gave some tips too
"Sun..udhar pyaar main pagal ashik mat ban jana !" Samrat 🤭😂
Virat 🙄😒"Tu bhi na.." He hung up the call and came back to sai , she was waiting for him ..
"Where were you ?" She asked in her usual tone
"Sorry for making you wait ..let's come with me" Virat held her hand
"Where ?" She asked
"You'll get to see soon.." He get inside the car so she , she asked him so many questions regarding that place but he answered only with wait , it's a surprise , you'll get to see soon and so on
When they reached at the place , virat stopped the car and stepped out with her ..she was confused yet a lil bit excited to see what surpise he has planned for her ?
