Chapter 20- The Evolved Mask and Memories

Snowrina's POV

The ice shard sword whatever you would call it, was barreling towards my heart. It was like slow motion and so was my actions.

Barely any time to think, I manage to break the ice on my left arm and was able to punch her off me and tear my other arm off from the ground. Breathing heavily, I make a break for my bow and I hear a ice shard wiz past my head. I quickly do a nice role and take hold of my bow and one arrow. One shot. One chance. I load the arrow and I can see Elsa getting ready to shoot me with another round of ice.

Then, I hear a voice behind me screaming "ELSA!" I turn and see a girl with bright red hair and....

I then feel a sharp pain in my chest. I look down to see ice was absorbed into my chest cavity. I stumble to the ground holding my chest.

"Anna?" I hear Elsa say and everything goes dark.

Elsa's POV

I did it! I stuck her in the heart! Wonderful shot Elsa. But there was someone behind the killer overgrown lizard, someone I've never thought I see again.

"Anna?" I say and start walking towards her but she backs away slightly. She kneels down next to her and helps her into a laying back position. Her 'family' were surrounding her and Anna joined in. I also just realize that Anna only had one arm. Anger and confusion float around in my head until my thoughts were interrupted by Anna.

"Elsa, why did you freeze this poor souls heart!" She says in an angry tone. I scoff at the thought at the Lizard being a 'poor soul'. "Anna, that doesn't explain what happened to your arm!" I say, frustrated. Anna sighed and looked down. "Snowrina did and didn't take my arm." she pauses. "When her and Rumplstilskin came to Arendale and locked you away, Snowrina was sent to kill me so I ran. She chased me into the underground caves and it was so unstable that the cave collapsed. Rocks fell on my arm and I had no other choice but to... amputate it." She says, reciting the memory.

I stood in my place for a moment to proses all of this. The lizard did and also didn't hurt my sister, but she was trying to, but she didn't cause the cave in. I sigh and take a step towards Anna. "Anna, I believe you, but Snowrina did chase you into the caves and was trying to harm you, right now I can't forgive her completely until she's right her wrongs."

Anna smiles and laughs. "Well she can't right her wrongs by having a frozen heart, Elsa, you need to help her." I sigh once again and say, "I can't take the ice out of her heart and you know that, but I can guide her family to help her though."

I walk past Anna and towards Snowrina's family. Snow White spots me and jumps up. "Have you have any idea what you've done?! You did something to my sister and now she's unresponsive! She was the only thing closest to my father! How could you do this?!" She yells at me, startling me. "I-I" I try to form words and finally get my head in the right place. "First of all, didn't know she was your sister and second I'm gonna explain to you what's wrong with her and how to fix her." I say calmly and Snow looks at me with confusion. "Wait, what? Didn't a minute ago you wanted to kill her but now you want to help her?" She asks. "Yes, I want to redeem myself and apologize for thinking that she murdered my sister. Even though she lost her arm in the scuffle I can try to deal with it." I say in my professional voice. Snow nods, allowing me to pass and over to Snowrina. I take a look at her, she looks fine for now, then something catches my eye.

There was a light glowing softly behind Snowrina's head. "Turn her head over." I say and Prince Charming and a blonde haired woman with a red leather jacket flipped her head to the back of her neck.

The light I saw was coming from the mask that was attached to the back of her head. "What is this thing and why is it glowing?" I ask and Snow kneels next to me. "She said she had that mask since she was found at an orphanage as a baby, but we don't know why it's glowing like this." She says with a sigh. "Hmmm" I hum and I extend my hand to the mask and lightly touch it.
