Chapter 30- Love Returns And Special Days

Brandon's POV (wolf in badass dog armor)

Rina is a mess. Loosing Paarthenax it her like a brick. Now she is passed out and is bleeding a whole bunch. Everyone helps get her into David's truck. Snow and Dave take her to get patched up. I told Killian to check in the girls and the house, hopefully, all is well. Everyone else goes home to clean themselves up and rest. I look at the destruction of the town, it will take a lot to get this fixed. As my eyes wander I see something out of the ordinary.

I quint my eyes at the red blotches of blood on the street. They seemed to be patterned. I walk up to Alduin's death creator and see a pool of blood in the center.

Then I spot tracks. I jump across the creator and land on the other side where the tracks start. I take a closer look at them. Looks kinda like a bear palm but had four claw marks protruding from it.

I know who these belong to. I also know that this guy was Alduin, I guess we freed him.

But the bad feeling that something is wrong rushes over me. He's hurt, badly.

I want to follow the tracks, but another part of me is saying, go home, check in your fiancé see if she's alright, then tell your friend saying 'hey, I found something a Main Street while you where bleeding to death!'

I know she doe t remember him, but Wolfie has been gnawing at Rina to try to get her to remember this guy.

Maybe we can get her memories of him back if we do this.

With that, I run back home as fast as I can to share the news.

Home

As I run up to the estate, my fiancé was already jumping off the porch to tackle-hug me. I turn to human form and catch her before she does harm to herself. She kisses me furiously and crying into my armor at the same time. I hold her in my arms. "Why are you crying my sweet?" I softly say

"You didn't come home with Killian and-and you were gone for so long! I was getting worried!" She cries into my chest some more. "It's alright darling, I'm here now." I say and rub her back. "Now let's go inside and I'll tell you why I was out there so long." I wipe a tear from her cheek. "We are going to go see Rina and get Killian stitched up. His wounds are bad." Emma announces and Wolfie nods. "We will catch up with you later!"

She kisses me with great passion and leads me inside. "It's good that Rina made you that armor! You barley have a scratch on you!" She says as he helps me take off the armor which Rina made sure that it was one so tight that it could be glued to me. As we finally get the chest piece off and Wolfie sits down in the couch tiredly. I sit next to her and kiss her temple. I see the worried look in her face. "I know what your thinking, Rina is fine, you know she's practically invincible, she walked through hell with a smile and got out alive." I say. She sighs and puts her hand in her forehead. "That's only half of what I'm thinking of." She says. I look up at her and she is looking at her stomach. "It's been 3 months, I wonder when the time will come." She sighs and locks her gaze with mine.

"I have a bad feeling something bad is going to happen." She admits. I put my hand or hers. "Don't worry love, everything will be fine, the pups will be here in about a month, nothing bad is going to happen I promise I will protect you and them." I reassure. She hugs me tightly and I hug her back. "Thank you." She says. I breathe over her shoulder and smile.
