Chapter 29- Whispers In The Dark

It's gonna be hard to write all the Emma and Killian parts after Sunday's bullshit.....

Emma's POV

Rina called us to a meeting at her place, something about a plan of attack. Me and Killian get there before everyone else (cuz we live closer. Wait, why would I use that kind of spelling for cause? Because I said so! Not arguing, moving on!) so we wait and chat with Teagan, Brandon, and Rina. Brandon and Killian talked about work and stuff, while me and Teagan were talking.

"Next thing I knew, I was standing over a bruised up Rina with a frying pan in my hand!" She finished the story she was telling me. "Wait, when did this happen?" I laughed. "A week ago, one of those Dark Shards that are in Rina's nose must have fell out when I was frying panning her face, I friggen stepped on one!" She complains and raises up her foot that had a bandaid on it. "Jeez, all that, over a pizza?" I say with concern. "You know how it is, hormones and shit, plus I was really hungry, you shouldn't take a hungry wolf's food." She says and laughs.

"So, Teagan, I think of all the adventures that you and Rina had and I try to imagine which one was the most scarring. Some of these stories sound like hell to live through." I ask politely. Teagan sighs and nods. "It was hell, plus it hurt but that's adventure. You know, I was wondering when that will come up. Never expected it to be from you though." She says and lies back on the couch a little. "If you want to know, it was the world Rina found me in. The place was falling apart, no one went outside for the fear that they might be taken or killed or worse...." She paused. "The world used to be, peaceful but it turned sour after a crazy version of the ruler took the real ones place. She did horrible things, Rina especially. Poor girl." She says sighing. "What is this cruel world?" I asked. "You might be surprised at the answer. The world has no humans, only animals who act like humans. Most of these animals were, ponies." She says slowly. "Really, ponies?" I say sarcastically. "They are scarier then you think. The planet is also concerning. The planets rotation is weird. The time will change, but not the time of day. When the sun starts to set it stops until magic moves the planet to make it night and vise versa." She explains. "The magic that is used to do this is alicorn magic, which at the time, there are three. One controls the sun, another controls the moon, the last one is a ruler on feeling, which is love." She finished explaining. "Wow, weird." I reply. "I know right! The main ruler is the sun horse, who was swapped out for a crazy person." She scoffs and props her arm up. "It's all I'm gonna say in the matter, it's kinda personal." She explains and I just nod.

This must have been bad, to not even talk about it. It just perks my curiosity, what happened at this 'pony world'?

After a few hours everyone gets here. Rina leads us to her study and has us gather at a big table with a map and daggers on it. "All right, Belle told me she saw Alduin's beam of light shout or whatever here." She says and plunges a dagger into the map. "Are the knives really necessary?" Regina complains. "Yes, it adds dramatic effect!" Rina retorts and continues. "Alduin will want to meet at the center of town, to arrange this weird obsession of his, obviously I will say no and he will unleash his goons." Rina grabs the five other daggers on the table. "I want Charming and Robin in the East part of town, Regina and Snow at the town line, just in case if any of them try to escape town, Killian and Brandon will be at the docks, the least resistance will be in the West part of town, Belle, I want you and Odaviing to down any of them that stray from the town, Shady, kill anything that is going to burn down buildings. I will be in the center with Paarthenax to deal with Alduin, I'm the only one who can kill him, don't ask it's a long story." She explains in a leader like fashion, stabbing the table with the daggers.
