I couldn't believe he was standing in front of me. It has been so long since I last seen him. He enveloped me into his arms and I couldn't stop the tears from falling. I never expected him to be back so soon.

"I thought you weren't coming home for another week?" I asked, trying to dry my cheeks.

"I couldn't wait anymore, I missed everyone too much. I missed you." He stated, his blue eyes were glossy.

"I missed you so fucking much," I exclaimed, jumping into his arms and showering his face with kisses.

"Please never leave me again. I know what I did was beyond fucked up and I've regretted it everyday since it happened," he started. "But, the thought of ever losing you makes my mind go into shambles."

"I promise I will never leave you again."

Since it was late, we decided stay in bed and catch up with each other. I told him about Ohio, and how it was nice to get away for a little while. Minus the fact that I cut everyone I love out of my life for a few months of peace. They didn't deserve the pain I caused.

After we hung out in my room for a little, I told him I made some changes to his room and I really wanted him to see it. When we entered, he looked like he saw a ghost. He was in complete aw. He was tracing his finger down the spine of all the new books I had purchased him, and stopped at The Hobbit.

"I read The Hobbit in 1937 when it first came out," he said with a laugh, staring at me.

"Well, you can read it again," I playfully shoved him. "You can read it to me, starting tonight."

I ran to his dresser and grabbed a pair of his boxers and a black crewneck, and ran to the bathroom to get changed. I messily threw my hair up into a bun, and washed my face. After brushing my teeth I flipped the light off and exited the bathroom.

I plopped down on his bed, grabbed the remote and turned on 1940s music for background noise. "Get changed, come lay down and read to me." I said giving him a fake pout and puppy eyes.

And he did exactly that. We laid in bed, listening to 40s music while he read The Hobbit to me. It was peaceful. I was finally happy again. I forgot about all the shit that happened with my dad tonight.

I ended up falling asleep, he got to the middle of the book before I dozed off. Peace took over along with happiness and joy. I had my Bucky back.

When I first woke up, I saw Bucky was still sleeping peacefully. He was so handsome. Before I made my way out of his room, I placed a gentle kiss upon his head. This caused him to shift in his sleep, him eventually waking up.

"Where you going, doll?" He asked with his raspy morning voice.

I placed a kiss on his lips. "To apologize to dad, I was kind of a bitch last night."

"Come back when you're done," he said, wiggling his eyebrows up and down.

I gave his a mischievous smile, before speaking up, "Make me."

I darted out of his room before he could finish what I knew I started. I made my way down to my dads work area and began looking for him. I looked under every car until I saw him under his Audi R8.

"Dad?" I said nervously.

"What?" He responded with such venom.
